It’s the posters’ barely disguised fetish.

Probably trying to bury the past news on the USS Lincoln.

It's been at sea over 250 days with no port calls... meaning no break, no supplies. 200 of which were in an active war zone. Morale onboard is so bad sailors have been jumping overboard. They won't report suicides, but if you have seen one of those ships, you are not likely to survive that jump. The one they did report on is being punished for jumping.

You're supposed to visit a port every 30 days or so, for reference.

Let's talk about them hiring prostitutes a lot instead, guys. Come on media, tell them all about the illegal sex they're going to be exposed to for a whopping 2 days before they leave again for god knows how long.

This news. This is what they're trying to cover by spamming junk everywhere.

Because we are about to see the consequences of the POTUS fucking up our supply lines while keeping troops isolated in a can for 200 days.

People love rowdy servicemen or rather the story….the picture young handsome men, going out and about spending money, drinking, whoring, fighting and then back on ship to work hard. They love “work hard, play hard” culture and even more so….when it’s not around them/it’s other peoples problem. As vet, I also smile..the boys will have some fun, I think back to my time and I remember the stories I was told by the old timers I worked with. Those whose parents served in the navy and heard the stories also get a chuckle…pretty much we are enjoying an inside joke/open secret.
