As an ex-navy guy.. most of my shipmates are pretty split. Granted it’s a small sample size since I served on a sub, but some of them are Trump douche bags. Others are far leftists. One is an actual Nazi, or at least I cut off contact when he started espousing Nazi talking points.

I think its amusing when people act bewildered by nazi elements in militaries around the world. no shit??? how did ignorant teenagers trained to be professional killers end up subscribing to this might-makes-right ideology???? truly a mystery
