I mean, with Okinawa it's worse in my mind because it's a base and we're supposed to be their allies. The people deployed there should treat the people like neighbors but instead you've got a long history of Marines raping girls/women.

women and girls don’t have more or less value based on whether or not their country is allied with ours and rape is wrong no matter who it happens to. i don’t think it’s better to rape women and girls who aren’t near a military base or from a country that’s allied with us. you shouldn’t rape your neighbors or a stranger.
