Hi! Guess who found out they have a 17cm ovarian cyst. Looks like it goes from my pelvic floor to under my ribs/diaphragm??

I had an MRI done on my spine about a month ago when they found it accidentally, and last week I had a pelvic MRI done to get a better look at it.

Has anyone ever experienced a cyst this size?
I’ve had issues for a little over a year now that all align with the cyst being the cause.
I’m happy I now have an answer to my issues but I’m unsure what comes next and I’m hoping to get some insight. Of course I’ve gone down a rabbit hole on Google and scared myself but I’m hoping for some personal experiences if possible.

I (31F) have a singular, very large fibroid. It was 5inches at its largest. I had a fibroid embolization done in June 2024 but it failed and the fibroid didn’t shrink. I had another embolization done June 2025 and the fibroid shrunk this time - now it is about 3 inches.

I’ve always had bad cramps and relatively heavy periods, even before the fibroid.

Now though, my cycles are becoming shorter. Last month I got my period after about 21 days (got it on August 14). I continued lightly spotting and mild cramps about 7 days later which is abnormal for me. Period usually lasts 5 days for me.

Now, I started bleeding again this morning without warning. I usually get cramps beforehand, but didn’t this time. It’s been about 12 days since the end of my last period.

I have an appointment with OBGYN tomorrow, but I already had my fibroid checked via ultrasound and MRI two months ago because I’ve been having a sensation that I need to pee a lot lately. Feels like pressure on my bladder. They said the fibroid looked fine.

Last pap was about three months ago.

Looking for others experiences. I’m not sure what this could be at all so I don’t know how to advocate for myself. So stressed out.

Anybody preparing for upcoming SS who wants to share marrow neet ss obgyn for 4 months? Planning to buy a 3+1 month plan in ₹24000..willing to share half for half the price..

Or if anybody has an existing plan i can pay for shared use!

We’re expecting (likely via IVF) and looking for recommendations for a good OBGYN or maternal-fetal medicine specialist in/near Johns Creek, Alpharetta, or Cumming (moved to Atlanta,GA couple months back).Ideally someone experienced with high-risk pregnancies (advanced maternal age, IVF history, possible multiples, etc.) who delivers at a hospital with strong NICU/perinatal support.
Also interested in practices that offer good postpartum care. Any experiences with wait times, doctor availability, bedside manner, or how they handle high-risk cases would be super helpful!
Bonus: Any thoughts on travel time for frequent prenatal visits? We live in the Johns Creek area and want to minimize stress, especially later in pregnancy. Thanks so much — really appreciate any suggestions!

Hello. My period is seven days late. I've taken seven tests, all negative. My cramps were pretty bad the other day but still, nothing. I haven't changed my diet or medications & im starting to worry. Is it cuz the eclipse lmao idk I'm tugging at straws here. Last time of intercourse was Aug. 1st. Protection of course.

I’m almost 38 weeks pregnant and every day I check to see if I have colostrum coming in, which I do now. I also have some clear/white/yellow coming from the Montgomery glands. Today I noticed one spot on right breast had a Montgomery gland that when i squeezed, it produced a couple drops of dark brown fluid. I’m curious if it’s just trauma to it or something I should be concerned about

Hi! I’m not sure if this is the right subreddit for this, but I was wondering if anyone with an OB/GYN background could give me some insight.
I get recurring right-sided pelvic pain around ovulation. During ovulation, I also sometimes get pain when having a bowel movement and pain when urinating. These symptoms don’t happen outside of ovulation.
I also get painful periods. They aren’t unbearable every single cycle, but sometimes the pain is bad enough that sitting still is difficult and I feel weak and need to put my head down.
My periods are regular and come every month.
I’ve previously had imaging where my ovaries were described as bulky/enlarged, so I’m wondering whether that could be related to PCOS or something else.
I know Reddit obviously can’t diagnose me 😂 — I’m mainly wondering whether this pattern sounds like something I should actually ask my GP/gynaecologist about, or whether it can happen with normal ovulation.

so i was getting fingered and then i felt like i needed to pee but that was only because he was like pressing down on my bladder from the inside and i lowk js like peed but like idk whags the difference from peeing and squirting bc thags like never happened to me before and like i usually orgasm from dj the bean but this time i didnt feel an orgasm and it was like more of an intense feeling and then i just peed???
