Today I noticed one spot on right breast had a Montgomery gland that when i squeezed, it produced a couple drops of dark brown fluid. Hi! Guess who found out they have a 17cm ovarian cyst. Looks like it goes from my pelvic floor to under my ribs/diaphragm??

I had an MRI done on my spine about a month ago when they found it accidentally, and last week I had a pelvic MRI done to get a better look at it.

Has anyone ever experienced a cyst this size?
I’ve had issues for a little over a year now that all align with the cyst being the cause.
I’m happy I now have an answer to my issues but I’m unsure what comes next and I’m hoping to get some insight. Of course I’ve gone down a rabbit hole on Google and scared myself but I’m hoping for some personal experiences if possible.
