This. I’ve worked with lots of Gen Z kids but this fresh new batch of 21 y/o are some of the dumbest motherfuckers I’ve ever met. Like how did they get this far in life? I wasn’t like that when I was 21. Leave no child behind bs and Covid fucked up the next gen.
