Name for Obristan in early days of development, people then turned it into fictious country east of Arstotzka, with purple passports and national symbol being three orange rings forming target like symbol. It would explain people passing through Arstotzka as Skoatia being their destination.

I didn't know Bulgarians were somewhat similar to the Chinese. Isn't "Impor" a reference to China?

No, I think Impor is supposed to reference Japan I think. I just put Bulgaria as Impor because in this form, Bulgaria looks like Impor on the map on the Inspector’s rulebook
