Offering Advice/Resource You can make 5-6 figures in next few years if you just start integrating Ai.

Most people still have no idea how early this is.

They’re buying WordPress themes, CodeCanyon scripts, and hiring developers on Fiverr to fix sites AI can ship in minutes.

Last week I built a website and a scraper in 1 hour. Same work used to take me days.

Same people are still scrolling Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn by hand looking for leads.

Agents already do that. Grok and Hermes can run outreach, inboxes, research, and socials while you sleep.

The edge is more output in less time.

Idea and execution still matter. Distribution still matters.

But if you’re doing by hand what an agent can run overnight, you’re already behind.

Most people on this subreddit don't even talk about real passive income; some do and get deleted by the mods here. What I am telling you here is to go on and automate with AI, you have a really huge opportunity in front of you where you're still early to make good money.

By the way, people who keep downvoting and can't accept reality and adapt, good luck losing your jobs :)

Offering Advice/Resource A different path to $2k–$5k/mo recurring cash flow: B2B service distribution (Zero fulfillment)

Most people looking for passive income get funneled into selling AI automation, generic AI apps, or low-margin digital downloads that pay pennies and churn within weeks.

A far more reliable and high-yield model is B2B recurring revenue sharing: partnering with an established operational backend where you only handle front-end client intro/acquisition, and the operator takes on 100% of the fulfillment.

Here is a breakdown of how this model works in practice:

Why Not Another AI App?

Most trade business owners (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing) don't need another software login or AI bot. Software doesn't call an uncooperative supplier to track a delayed part, and automated emails get ignored when chasing past-due invoices.

We built a managed operational extension desk powered by real, dedicated in-office human staff operating from a supervised physical facility:

* 24-Hour Job Invoicing & Polite AR Chasing: Daily billing plus structured follow-up calls to collect overdue cash. While they are on a follow up call to collect they can ever collect google reviews.

* Supplier & PO Coordination: Proactively calling vendors to verify purchase orders and delivery ETAs before technicians hit the field.

* Live 3-Ring Daytime Overflow: Real assistants answering incoming calls live so high-ticket jobs don't bounce to competitors.

* Built-in Redundancy: On-site shadow backups so sick days never leave a client hanging.

* Night-Shift Safety Net: AI is used strictly after hours to triage emergencies and schedule callbacks.

The Recurring Unit Economics

* The Offer: A low-friction $299 1-week pilot (40 hours of dedicated human execution to clear backlogs), converting into a flat $999/month recurring retainer.

* The Cut: 20% lifetime monthly recurring revenue share (~$200/month per active client) plus 20% on the upfront trial fee.

What the Scale Looks Like:

* 5 Active Clients: ~$1,000 / month ($12,000/yr recurring)

* 15 Active Clients: ~$3,000 / month ($36,000/yr recurring)

* 25 Active Clients: ~$5,000 / month ($60,000/yr recurring)

The Division of Work

* Front-End (You): Use your network, cold outreach, or local trade connections to get shop owners onto the $299 pilot.

* Back-End (Operations Team): We take over onboarding, physical staffing, daily execution, telephony, and quality control. You have zero delivery headaches or fulfillment burden.

* Cash Flow: Your 20% cut hits your account every month for as long as the client stays active.

Anyone can pitch this and earn commission—I don't care about background, degrees, or formal credentials, only the amount of business and clients you can bring in. Send me a message if you want to get started.

Bon courage! Et ayez à l’idée qu’il n’y a pas d’argent facile 😛

Looking for Serious Traders — Dynasty Capital
Hey everyone! I’m currently looking to connect with people who are genuinely interested in trading and learning the markets.
I’m involved with Dynasty Capital, where members have access to trading opportunities, market analysis, and guidance on their trades.
One thing I like about the structure is that there’s no upfront membership fee. The only fee is based on your monthly profits:
💰 10% of monthly profits if you make under $100,000
💰 15% of monthly profits if you make over $100,000
If you don't make a profit, there is no performance fee.
And to be completely transparent, I only earn when the members I bring in earn. So our interests are aligned — I don't get paid simply because someone joins.
I'm not here to promise anyone guaranteed returns. Trading involves real risk, and everyone's results will be different. I'm simply sharing an opportunity that I've personally participated in and believe is worth looking into.
If you're a serious trader with at least $5,000 in capital and want to learn more about how it works, message me. If you’re interested and would like to see our capabilities first before trading with us let me know as well

Seeking Advice/Help How to earn a somewhat passive income in 2026?

Hi, I've seen many youtube influencers, gurus talking about earning money online, with different apps, different services and products. Some of them actually say nothing on how the app works or how it was built. It's like they are simply doing it for attention, youtube views and income, sponsorships and/or selling memberships to their online school.

Now I just feel like I am navigating through the worst side of the dead internet, not the one with AI bots, but with people saying nothing and acting like they know something.

But what to do actually? Something practical: do this, earn this amount, or a range: between this and that, depending on the time you put in and the quality of the work.

About me: I am not some kid who discovered internet and want to get rich quick.

I am 35, doing 2 remote jobs in EU: Business Analyst/Product Owner. I just want to do something that works and can be done online in a few hours per day, or more, depending on how much I want to earn that year, without having managers and working for corporations.

Please don't say consulting, as I tried and could not get clients, just regular B2B contracts. I also tried becoming a freelance recruiter, I tried starting an outsourcing IT company, I have the skills to do both, as in the delivery, but cannot get any clients. So what to do?

What do I do with $X? I built a sleep & relaxation app with Claude a few weeks ago, and it turned into something bigger than I planned

A few weeks ago, I started using Claude AI to help me build a small relaxation app called Sonno. The idea started pretty simple—I wanted something I could open when I was stressed, working, trying to sleep, or just needed my brain to slow down. Initially, I focused on calming sounds like rain, nature, ambient audio, lo-fi, white noise, and green noise. But while building it, I realized that sometimes when you’re stressed, you don’t necessarily want to meditate or scroll endlessly through social media—you just want something peaceful to do. So I started adding simple breathing exercises and relaxing mini-games like coloring, block puzzles, and word puzzles, while allowing the calming sounds to continue playing in the background. I also added gentle motivational prompts for moments when you’re procrastinating, feeling overwhelmed, preparing for a meeting or exam, or just need a small mental reset. What began as a simple experiment with Claude gradually turned into a complete app focused on helping people relax, play, breathe, and switch off for a while. Building Sonno with AI has been a really interesting experience—Claude definitely didn’t magically build everything for me, and there was still a lot of debugging, testing, redesigning, and changing ideas along the way, but it made experimenting and turning ideas into actual features much faster. The app is now live, and I’d genuinely love to hear what people think about the concept and what you would add or improve.

My Experience My tiny iOS app makes money while I was at work

Post image

My app is called Dale: Days Left & Year Tracker

I got the app idea somewhere from an Instagram reel and then I built it. It makes little passive income each day!!

Not life-changing money obviously, but that's what I find interesting about apps.

You build something once, keep improving it, and occasionally people around the world discover it and pay for it while you're doing something completely unrelated.

People pay for a single lifetime purchase, though the app is free also but you get more features with a lifetime sub.

POD FINALLY made my first 10$ from my passive income project

a registry listing i forgot about sent me my only paying customer, 11 days later

i run a small tool that scrapes public complaints and scores them for whether anyone would pay to fix them. it has an mcp server, which is the part this post is about.

on aug 14 i pushed a listing to the official mcp registry. four files, no product code in any of them, one afternoon of work. then i forgot it existed.

mcpmarket scraped the registry and built a page off it. on aug 25 that page sent me exactly one visitor. they signed up 15:14, created an api key at 15:20, spent 22 minutes on one page, paid at 16:59. never opened my homepage or my pricing page.

for comparison, same period: 480 paid tiktok clicks with a 22 second average visit, zero sales. 673 direct sessions, zero. product hunt, five sessions, zero.

two things i didn't know before:

registry entries get scraped by other directories. one submission became pages on sites i never submitted to, and those pages keep working while you do something else.

the buyer went for the api key page first and got bounced to login. they never saw a marketing page. for anything mcp shaped, the docs and the key flow are your landing page, whatever you think your landing page is.

the stupid part, last week i started rebuilding that entire publish flow from scratch because i assumed i'd never done it. it had been live two weeks.

if you have an mcp server and it isn't in the official registry, that's an afternoon. anyone tracked a signup back to a directory listing before?

My Experience Don’t build your career around X just because it’s paying well right now

I see a lot of people going all-in on X because the payouts look really good right now.

And I get it. But don’t get too comfortable.

X can change its monetization rules, reduce payouts, restrict your account, or even suspend you. You don’t control the platform, and you don’t control the rules.

Also, don’t assume today’s payouts will last forever. X has an incentive to attract more creators right now. As the platform grows and the economics change, payouts can change too.

So use X. Build followers. Network. Promote your work. Make money from it.

But don’t make it your only source of income.

Build something you own outside of X—a business, website, email list, skills, or another platform.

Take the money, but don’t depend on it.

Seeking Advice/Help Paid 30-min chat with ecommerce owners about how you actually run your ops & growth

Just being upfront here - I work on growth at an early-stage AI startup. I'm not naming it in the post to avoid it reading as an ad, and I'm not linking anything. I can tell you what it is over DM if you'd prefer to know before agreeing to anything. I'm not selling, and I won't be sending a follow-up sales email.

Why I'm asking for this group: about a fifth of the people on our platform turn out to be ecommerce owners who came in to build a site and then stayed to build the stuff around it. That's a big enough group that we'd rather go deep on them than keep shipping half-useful things for everyone. So before we build anything else for this crowd, I want to hear how you actually run the business day-to-day.

I would like to ask if anyone would be interested in a 30-minute paid interview. Looking for owners of e-commerce businesses. No demo, no pitch — and I'll put that in writing before the call if it helps.

You don't need to be using AI for any of this. Honestly, the people who tried it and dropped it are the ones I most want to talk to.

What you get besides the money: I'll write up the anonymized findings from all 20 conversations and post them back here, whether or not you take part.

Not looking for: agencies, consultants, or anyone whose business is selling to ecommerce. Owners only.

Comment if you're up for it. Happy to answer questions in the thread.

Seeking Advice/Help How do you actuallyy find your first customers as a digital product sellerr from absolute zero?

I just listed my first digital product (a Google Sheet habit tracker) on Gumroad and I have no audience, no following, nothing

I'm currently building my Pinterest presence but I want to know how do you actually get in front of potential buyers when you're starting from scratch?

Specifically curious about:

Discord servers or X(Twitter ) Reddit itself Any other platforms or communities that actually worked for you?

I don't want generic "post consistently" advice I want to know what actually moved the needle for you in the beginning when nobody knew you existed.

Seeking Advice/Help Can we please stop pretending that "AI passive income" isn't just a massive grift at this point?

I am so sick of seeing the same five "financial freedom" gurus on my feed telling me how I can make $10k a month by just typing three prompts into an image generator or having an AI write some low effort kids book. It is 2026 and if you havent realized by now that the AI gold rush for regular people is 99% about selling the shovel, I dont know what to tell you. Every time I see a post about a faceless youtube channel or an automated blog, it turns out the guy posting it has a link to a $497 course in his bio. Its all just noise. The market is so oversaturated with garbage AI content that the algorithms are literally built to bury it now. Unless you are some genius dev building the actual tech, "passive income with AI" is basically just a lottery where the house always wins and the house is the guy selling you the tutorial.

I spent about four months trying to automate a niche blog with AI tools last year. I thought I was being smart, saving time on writing and SEO. Result? google absolutely nuked the site in two weeks. Total waste of time and about $200 in subscription fees for various tools. Meanwhile, my most "passive" income is still just the boring stuff. I have a tiny dividend portfolio and some money in a high yield savings account that actually pays out without me having to fight an algorithm every morning. Even my buddy who does digital templates for a very specific niche of project management for HVAC contractors makes way more and thats because he actually solved a problem instead of just spamming a generate button.

Can we talk about what actually works for people who dont have a massive following or a tech degree? Im talking about the real, boring, slow-burn stuff. Is anyone still doing well with digital assets that arent AI generated slop or maybe some small scale physical stuff? I feel like the more "techy" and "automated" a side hustle sounds, the more likely it is to be a total scam. Im looking for the stuff that actually took you six months to set up but now brings in a couple hundred bucks while you sleep. No courses, no prompt engineering bullshit, just real stories from people who are actually grinding out something sustainable.

Seeking Advice/Help What legitimate platforms are you using to build passive or semi-passive income?

I’m interested in finding legitimate platforms where people can realistically build passive or semi-passive income over time.

Not looking for get-rich-quick schemes, crypto hype, MLMs, or anything that requires recruiting people. I understand that most “passive income” takes upfront work, skills, content, or capital before it starts generating consistent income.

Some platforms I’ve heard people use include YouTube, Etsy, Amazon KDP, Gumroad, Udemy, Medium, Substack, Shutterstock, Adobe Stock, Fiverr, Upwork, and affiliate programs.

For those who have actually earned money through legitimate platforms, I’d love to know:

Which platform has worked best for you?

• What did you create or invest in?

• How long did it take before you earned your first income?

• Is the income truly passive, or does it still require regular work?

• Would you recommend the platform to someone starting from zero?

Please share your honest experience, including platforms that looked promising but weren’t worth your time. I think real experiences can help others avoid scams and focus on opportunities with genuine earning potential.

Seeking Advice/Help Good side income in financial industry with potential to make it generational wealth

Looking for advice. I have been approached by a MGO (Managing General Agency) in wealth investment and insurance to use social media and digital marketing skills to create good passive income (minimal to medium efforts resulting in $2.5k - $4K monthly.
The kind of financial education they gave me was pretty interesting and effective (Atleast to me as a layman not in the financial industry). While I can save taxes legally and create wealth investments from existing income, there is an opportunity to be a part of their team and make money.

Any areas or pointers that I need to watch out for or ask them? Since I am new to this industry. Thank you for your help everyone.

Seeking Advice/Help I have an existing consumer information product and data infrastructure and I’m building a B2B product on the data, any tips?

I made a consumer site for NYC happy hours and from a user perspective it’s done really well (30-40k MAU 6 months after launch). Monetization has been harder, and while I have some traction I think I’ll stall at mid-4 figure MRR with my current model.

The platform sits on a lot of data, and I decided to add a B2B subscription pricing intelligence tool for restaurants. The tool works really well and I’m planning to GTM in a few weeks. I haven’t launched a B2B product before so just want to see if anyone has tips. Mostly interested in thoughts on GTM strategy but any input would be helpful. Thanks!
