Most parts are coming from Microcenter so I'm saving ~$150 with the combo bundle. I already have a 4TB NVMe SSD so that's covered. Still need to figure out a case and fans.
I went with the 5080 over the 5070 Ti since I can get it for ~$1,400, only ~$200 more for roughly 15% better performance. I mostly play AAA titles so the extra headroom seemed worth it, but let me know if I'm wrong.
Also debating whether I should bump the PSU up to 1000W instead of 850W, and also whether I should downgrade the motherboard to save some money. Any thoughts?

Dont any of you ever think that its wierd that usually some parts that say dont fit in a case fits? For example: Thermaltake Tower 200 and the PNY XLR8 4090. It says it will not fit but in my case it did. So as with MATX MBs i have one in my Tower 200.

Hey! So I am helping a friend create an am4 build because she already owns 2x16gb of ddr4 ram, probably going to take the old Sata SSD from her old computer aswell, and I am pretty new to pc building/picking parts. The PC is mainly going to be used for 1080p and multitasking with Discord, Netflix, etc.
What is your all's opinion on this build then? Or honestly any recommendations for a build under 800 (the lower the better).
Thanks for any help!
