Debt to EW from restructuring.

I have 2 restructurings with EW, one for 5k and one for 8k, I thought I could pay both. But in the end, I can't pay the 8k. I'm talking to them to see if I can restructure it again. But they're still hounding me. I totally drained my savings since I gave birth and then the baby got sick. How about some help?
