i am having issue while exporting

so basically blending modes like lighten screen multiply etc work completely fine while im working in photoshop but once i export the file the blending just doesnt work anymor the weird thing is it used to work fine and this only started happening with my last two projects i tried resetting photoshop preferences but that didnt fix it I've tried checking those srgb 8bit and allat

Does it look normal when you set the preview to 100% zoom? Or save it and reopen in Photoshop? If it's ok, then it's only a problem in the sampling of the preview image and you can ignore it.

it looks normal while i am editing i am getting issues after exporting it like here the right image is without using any blending options and the one in left is vivid light so basically its not working with any kind of blending options yk

Could be to do with the transparency settings since you're exporting as a png. Without seeing your layers, it is hard to say.

as a work around: I would save a new copy of this document, flatten it, then export it as a jpg unless you specifically need a png/transparent image.
