Seriously, what is going on with Google’s design team? First they ruined the Clock icon, and now we get this

Tell me that doesn't look like a folder holding four separate mini-apps for addition, subtraction, multiplication, and... equals? I keep tapping it on autopilot thinking it's an app group, but nope. Just a basic calculator trying way too hard to look deep.

Who is actually approving these designs? 💀

If you have a P11 Pro XL and are thinking of buying a case, buy the Torres Q3 Air. Fits like a glove, super high quality material, love how the buttons are clicky, and overall a great protection for your phone. Bonus is the ring in the back that acts like a magnet and also as a rotating stand for both orientations.

I bought mine from Amazon. A bit pricey, but totally worth the $. One of the nicest ones I've had so far. I have never owned a dbrand before, so can't compare the two.

This looks interesting. Is the camera edge golden in all versions or only in the canyon one?

I can only access internet on wifi, my phone still calls and can send texts but I am unable to access data im with Rogers top right corner theres and exclamation on my service bars

Hey i got this Pixel 11 Pro since launch and the Wifi drains so much battery is there a fix for this? Otherwise ill return it while i still can. I turned off wifi scan and stuff like that.

I was using mobile data most of the time today and i turned on wifi for maybe 1-2 hours and that drained so much battery.

It looks like I drew the short straw with my Pixel 11 Pro. Yes, I purchased my device. I was not part of Google's seeding program this year.

Between total cellular dropouts, RCS disconnects, Wi-Fi drops, and NFC glitches, my carrier confirmed it wasn't an issue on their end. I'm on one of the "Big 3" in Canada. I suspected so when the NFC (tap-to-pay) was inconsistent.

I called Google: they confirmed a defective unit, after a series of tests on the phone, and initiated an advance replacement immediately.

Google deserves applause for a smooth customer service experience. I'll lose a couple of hours with the swap and drop-off of the defective unit. Too often we hear about the shipping issues, QC, etc... but we don't normally hear about the resolution and final results.

I had a similar issue with the Pixel 6 Pro. It was also replaced.

These things are mass-produced, so there's bound to be a lemon here and there. I'm just glad it's getting replaced with a new unit.

I'll follow-up once I receive the new unit and do some tests. Hopefully no issues with the replacement.

Saw the promotion google Fi is running right now and was thinking of picking up either a 512gb Pixel 11 Pro Xl or a 256gb S26+ since they’d only be ~$14/month for 24 months. I mainly just use my phone for light stuff but it would be nice to have something that can handle the occasional emulation, at most I’d probably be doing some ps2 but if it could handle it I’d be interested in some light 360 or switch emulation, but with the lackluster gaming performance out of the G6 I’m a bit worried it might not handle it too well.

I’m coming from a 17, just miss some of the freedoms of android and want a bigger phone. I do personally prefer Samsungs more customizable UI though, but pixel tends to have a much better trade in value when it comes time to upgrade from what I’ve seen, what are y’all’s thoughts?
