I found about ezpz in march this year and using it i did actually quit , i went no pmo for about three months but it got me eventually. Since , ive reread ezpz multiple times but it hasnt worked at all, now ive decided to use the freedom model as ive seen people say it worked for them. This is my last hope as im 22 i have pied and ive been addicted to porn for 8 years now and im just tired now.
please tell me how to use tfm becasue i cant find an audio book like for ezpz on youtube and tell me a guide to use tfm and where to find it,
