Thanks to duluxe shiny increase of choosen startar

Hello! I'm new to the game and already made some rookie mistakes in the beginning (I deleted a shiny....) and now I'm asking your help!

I have a Pokémon storage of 725 at the moment, some bought, some with coins. I don't want to buy more. Every evening I go through my 0*/1*/2* and delete as much double mons I have, but there are so many in my 3*s I could get rid of too. Like the one I screenshotted here.

My goal is to walk, collect new Pokémon, evolve them, find shinies etcetera. I'm not looking to max their levels or something, I don't get that just yet.

My question now; can I get rid of the dumb Pokémon I don't like, the ones with low CP but high attack/defence/hp ? Or do I have to save them for later?

I also keep getting notification updates of the usual weekly tasks you get from this like it's still going, but they arnt actually on the game visually?

Is my game glitching? Or have I just never noticed it stopping at 200 before?

I thought that they had to have stats minimum of 10/10/10?

Is this a rare find though?
