No shit because it has been shown time and time again that violating the court orders have zero repercussions and therefore they have no power

That's not true at all. The Trump admin has eventually capitulated with every court order (except a few individual immigration cases). This is what they do - violate orders to see how much they can get away with before the court acts. But once the court says "comply or you [specific attorney, agency head, individual worker] will be held in jail for contempt of court" , then we get capitulation.

Individuals in government have proven themselves unwilling to face personal consequences as a sacrifice to trump this time around.

And then trump will burn them himself. I've no idea why anyone would work for him simply out of a sense of self preservation.
