I cannot get the article to load so I can't say exactly what is in this one. But I follow this shit closely in general and will tell you that States are prepared to counter this fuckery.

blue states have been working nationwide to wargame election subversion and interference scenarios for a year. They believe they're ready for anything - from USPS fuckery to ICE to refusing to seat newly elected Congress members.

ALSO, contrary to popular belief, the Trump admin always capitulates with court orders once a specific person is named by the courts for contempt charges. Sometimes its a DoJ attorney, sometimes an agency head, sometimes lower management. But every time they've been a step away from actual personal consequences, they've folded. I expect no different here. People don't want to go to prison for fighting a losing battle.
