Well the Supreme Court has been ruling that absolutely no one has claims to damages from actions by the President.

The Supreme Court is telling Trump to ask for forgiveness instead of permission, because these is no one to demant forgiveness.

We live in a new country. One where the Supreme Court is giving their party an upperhand in shaping. Ad Hoc, no one can say Trump is harming them because the Supreme Court believes the President is infallible in that it would actively harm the institution to allow anything to abridge their authority. The idea that in the midst of calamity the President must have the utmost authority or else domestic instigators could thwart the President's ambition to save the country. And if it is a Democratic President then it is the government's job to stop them from acting. The Supreme Court, without saying it, is saying that the Democrats are the enemy of their forming nation and as a result they have no rights in the eye of the Federal Government.

It's particularly glaring when taken next to how they ruled on Biden's student loan cases. They granted standing to a bunch of states which had literally nothing to do with any federal student loans, then upheld a universal injunction via "major questions doctrine," then declared the executive did not have to power to do something specifically allowed by statute.

With Trump they declared universal injunctions unconstitutional, and have refused to grant standing to parties directly impacted by clearly unconstitutional acts.

Heads we win, tails you lose. Because the Supreme Court already sees Democrats as their enemy.

Trump is a king to Republicans and people that voted for him and a mandated oppressor to the people that voted against him. Because the Republicans know the game the Supreme Court wants to play they get them the cases they want and in return they get liberty. It isn't freedom.

They have already jumped the ship onto a vessel where we are all inherently guilty and it is the populist men elected that enforce who gets punished.
