It was so unlike everything that was going on at the time in pop music. He’s playing to a crowd he has no idea wtf they are hearing. The band playing with solid conviction to a stunned audience.

Though I’ve heard it a million times this song has never lost its punch. It’s so well crafted and has endured through the years because it’s so kickass

This was my intro to Queens! The definitive first time I heard about them, I was 10. Thanks for the memory lane. Still my faves.

You’re welcome and my pleasure. This time was when I first saw them play. SFTD Tour at Soma in San Diego. Still my faves too, by far !
