🏳️‍🌈 Community Building 🏳️‍⚧️ Being semi-trans

I am a person who really likes labels. I am pansexual and pangender. I've been struggling with what "label" I have for a little while (cisgender or transgender). I've decided on the label semi-trans. This would apply to being gender fluid, too

If you’re not cis, you’re trans. I’m questioning. I should figure smth out

Since you were not assigned pangender at birth, you are trans. :)

However, there's also the modality iso(gender) that can describe this if you'd rather.

There are other people who also feel that the trans/cis dichotomy is insufficient to describe the relationship between their assigned gender and their experience of gender. These people sometimes use terms like "isogender".

Could always just go with “genderqueer” if you identify with multiple: )

I feel like I am the gender I was assigned at birth but not all the time. I am also a whole other gender.

Bigender, genderflux, genderfluid, genderqueer are all fine with me. Queer is also fine.

If trans people say that puts me under the trans umbrella, that's fine with me. I do feel as if I'm appropriating something though or misleading people if I used the term about myself.

On the other hand, this is something I've realised about myself relatively recently so it might be that over time I will start to consider myself trans.

You're fully trans.

Trans means you don't identify as your AGAB. So you're fully trans

people will say trans and cis are the only gender modalities but they are wrong. they don't even know the term gender modality.

Where do non-binary people fall here? I'm in enby, but I don't identify as trans?
