getting on kratom was a horrible mistake
This fucking sucks. im a person with a opioid use disorder, ive been addicted to fentanyl/ Heroin for 3 years and oxy for years prior. I haven’t touched any since february and quit without suboxone. I actually spend my last withdrawal in jail.
About a week and a half ago i was at the smoke shop and saw these extract tablets labeled “ascend” i talked to the guy who worked there and he had said he only heard good things about them. So i got these and ate two of them which came out to 320MG of mitragyna speciosa which is labeled as a “fermented full spectrum extract” on the bottle. It made me extremely nauseous, i vomited a lot and it felt copy and paste to heroin. The very next day i was experiencing bad withdrawal symptoms at work so i went ahead and took half of a pill (40 mgs) and the symptoms went away shortly after. I’m sure if your reading this your firmiliar with how the “ill taper off” mindset (it never works) Yesterday my girlfriend told me if i don’t stop taking these she will have to take space from me because it makes her sad to see me nodded off all the time. I got my hands on some subs this morning and took one (roughly 12 hours after my last dose of this extract) and immidiately got sent into precipitated withdrawal. I had to take another dose to get through the day.
Unfortunately i’m on probation and will get a technical violation if i admit myself to a detox so i’m going to have to quit cold turkey from home. i’m just so surprised they sell stuff this dangerous so casually. Everything in my withdrawal has felt exactly the same as fent if not worse. I took a baseball sized shit, cold sweats, nausea, vomiting, chicken skin, restless legs, migraines. It’s exactly the same as any other withdrawal i’ve gone through! Hell on earth.
