Hot Bike Alert! What makes a burnout so fun on the GT650?
I get it, burnouts are far from the best thing you can be doing to your bike, but man there is just something so damn fun about listening to the 650 twin scream as the rear tire loses all grip.
As someone who has seen a few GT650 burnouts being done and filmed/photographed, I wonder:
What exactly is it about burnouts that make people want to do them?
Is it the sound?
Is it the adrenaline rush?
Is it the visual aspect of it?
Is it just one of those stupid bike things?
From my point of view, there is a difference between appreciation of the spectacle and wanting to abuse your bike.
Anyone else got any thoughts on it?
