Looking for a pattern for this dress

Hey I'm trying to cosplay this character in this specific outfit, and I'm interested in starting a new sewing project of making this dress. I'm brand new to using patterns and I'm not really sure where to look, does anyone have any good suggestions for this type of dress? Most of the cosplays I see they just have a white dress with puffy shoulders but they're not all the same dress.

I made this dress for my friend's daughter. I used:

The bodice from the Chloe Dress by Sew Love Patterns: https://www.sewlovepatterns.com/shop/p/chloedresspdfsewingpattern

Then I used this pattern off Etsy to add the puff sleeve: https://www.etsy.com/ca/listing/1553020474/sleeve-sewing-patterns-cosplay-costume?ref=yr_purchases

For the skirt, I think I just used the Apostrophe Circle Skirt generator and attached it at the waist to give it more fullness. https://apostrophepatterns.com/products/add-a-circle-skirt-to-anything

She also wore a petticoat underneath to add some fullness.

At the waist I just attached waist ties to the bodice in between the seams at the front so she could tie the bow in the back. Good luck!

Unfortunately you may have to combine a few patterns or learn to adjust patterns to get exactly the same dress.

https://threadloop.app/patterns/dream-frock-milkmaid-lydia-naomi?browse=cbc88eaedc53144c This has the same fit and sleeves, but a gathered bust instead of a fitted bust.

https://threadloop.app/patterns/d0049-lilas-dress-by-deer-and-doe?browse=04dd27142fe4afb1 This has a bodice construction and skirt fullness that looks the same as the reference, but no waist seam and longer puffed sleeves.

https://threadloop.app/patterns/viola-dress-by-schultz-apparel?browse=04dd27142fe4afb1 This has an alternate bodice construction that looks correct to the illustration as well, but is sleeveless

As you can see I used threadloop to find all three, by looking for dresses and changing the filters to different elements of the dress, eg puff sleeves, sweetheart neckline, above the knee

Any milkmaid style dress will get you very close. This one from Mood Fabrics comes to mind.

I’ve always wanted to do this one too. Hachi is a total personal style icon.

The elements that I see in it are:

Puff sleeves
Sweetheart neckline
Waist seam
Circle skirt
There might be some gathering in the bust but I can’t tell for sure? I’ll add a few ideas if so.

The Watermelon Dress by Amy Winwood Fashion is very similar and has all the same elements; you could shorten the skirt and skip the slit.

A mini S9918 with a full circle skirt would work too!

M7929 for potential gathering in the middle of the bust, keeping the sweetheart neckline

Reminds me of the colette dress I used to make a dress for my mother's wedding
