Fresh Start Program

Does anyone have any insight about the Fresh Start program and the new policy changes?

I did it back in June at my advisor's suggestion, for my application to the nursing program. When were the policy changes?

ETA I looked at the form on the website now. I wouldn't even be eligible for it now!

Yes it was revised in July and effective since August 1st yikes
