Soundcloud needs to get its shit together because I have never dealt with such horrific customer service.

I am launching a new project and been forced to start from 0 without access to my main account I've had for almost 20 years with thousands of followers. I have been forced to move ahead with this empty profile after months of delay and waiting for a resolution, which has greatly delayed my music career, and caused endless frustration not to mention waste so much time getting nowhere.

I now have gone through their lengthy and absurd verification process TWICE and followed up multiple times just to be left hanging. It's been almost 2 weeks without a response.

This whole thing has been absolutely insane, as someone who has worked in customer service I could never imagine treating long-time, paying customers this way and definitely has changed my mind about using it and purchasing a pro account/supporting them going forward.

I am awaiting resolution or will continue escalating and screaming about this. I am PISSED. Thanks for all the stress, Soundclown.

recently when i tried to upload my song that i made in early 2026 in software that i own it got taken down and i received this message after i uploaded my album which the song is on, i cant even find the song their referring to, i would contact their support but i dont feel comfortable with sharing my adress and postal code with the person (or bot) who made the copyright claim, this same song has been uploaded to bandcamp with no issues, here is the song in question https://pixeldrain.com/u/Xzfyhbrq

Just curious how many days until it’s probably acceptance limbo? My first song came out on platforms within like a day of being accepted; :p new profiles and all. The next song was accepted on Friday. 😊 I don’t know if music goes through on weekends. 💁🏻‍♀️ If not, then I could see it being busy, and I might not be in acceptance limbo just yet. 5 days would feel more definite, though :p So I’d better move my ass 🫏 and ask just in case lol.

I recently i have been catching myself hitting a limit on how many posts I can like and got hit with an action block restriction.
It’s stupid that there’s even a limit in the first place. I enjoy listening to music whenever and wherever I can, and I’m always discovering new tracks. Hitting a limit is super annoying because it stops me from saving and liking new music I find.

Amplify has not worked on any of my tracks over the past 2 or so weeks (I have artist pro), this is so frustrating as someone with a very small audience. I've seen countless posts on this subreddit saying the exact same thing. Soundcloud needs to fix this.

I understand it has only been 23 hours, but I have uploaded 3 other tracks in the past 14 days, and the most plays from amplify one got was 11 (posted 14 days ago). Before this, I was usually getting 50-60 plays in the first day or so.

If anyone has any suggestions, I would be so happy to hear them. I emailed SoundCloud support or whatever it is called over a week ago and have heard no response.

There was a SoundCloud mix I used to listen to HEAVILY. As of a couple months ago, it says it’s unavailable to play.

I have messaged the artist, they’ve responded with sending a link to the unavailable to play mix.

I’m wondering if there’s anyway to retrieve it???

ive been receiving payments to the same bank account for years but today all of sudden i got a email saying the payment was returned, reason being: "gateway processor failure". same thing happened with my cdbaby payment im confused what is going on everything is fine with my bank account and everything. anyone else got this message today?

I’ve been locked out of my SoundCloud account for 2 days. I can successfully log in through Facebook, but SoundCloud then requires an email verification code. The code never arrives at my Yahoo email.

I’ve checked Inbox, Spam/Junk, filters, and blocked addresses, and I added SoundCloud’s email to my contacts. The same Yahoo account receives SoundCloud Support emails normally, so the mailbox itself is working.

I also tested another old SoundCloud account linked to Gmail, and its verification code arrived immediately. So this seems to be an issue specifically with the verification code for my account.

My account is still active, and I recently used it — I added new profile pictures, listened to music, and followed new accounts. I’m not trying to recover some abandoned account; I was actively using it.

I’ve submitted two support tickets: #4804658 and #4804842, but I still haven’t received any actual response or assistance.

I’ve also tried contacting SoundCloud through X, but I was simply told to contact Support again, despite already having two open tickets.

This is extremely frustrating and honestly unacceptable customer support. I just want access to my account and my playlists back.

Has anyone experienced the same verification-code issue or found a way to get SoundCloud Support to actually respond?

I use the browser version of soundcloud on my laptop. but it's stopped working out of nowhere?
Every time I go onto soundcloud it just keeps skipping every song constantly. Like it doesn't even play anymore it just pauses/unpauses/then skips the song to another like really fast and I don't know why it's doing this? How do I fix it? I'm really frustrated that it's not working and I've tried searching up how to fix it but nobody else seems to have this issue..

I spent so much time making my soundcloud a destination but I made the mistake of using a promo site recommended by soundcloud for promotion and I'm pretty sure it destroyed my related tracks and stations.

I used to be pooled into a good spot with nice sounding stuff, now I'm paired with tracks that have 50 plays, people singing tremendously off key. I also noticed when I used soundcloud distribution my related artists at Apple went from good sounding artists with productions rivaling or better than major labels, to straight up gutta gangsta rap where I'm probably skipped 90% of the time, if not it's terrible out of key singing, etc. I play alternative, natural acoustic leaning music with an electronic tinge of digital and analog synths. its been this way for an entire month. I really dont want to regret the past few months I spent warming up to this site and just close shop.

anyone know what really caused this if it wasn't repost? my listeners won't stay too. lol this is bad. something happened.

Hey, I'm just reaching out for some help. I have a soundcloud account that I've been using for more then 10 years, but I've lost the password and have no idea what email address the account is attached too. I can reset the password but obviously I can't actually change it. I've had this issue for quite a few years and have never been able to sort it out, I just end up giving up.

I have the account logged in on one of my phones and on my computer (somehow). I recently got a new work phone and sadly soundcloud isn't signed in automatically. Im not even sure how it was logged into my old work phone.

Are any soundcloud mods able to help me? Im scared that if I got another new phone that I would loose my account with over 10 years of follows and likes. Thanks!! 😊
