We're finally doing the full kitchen renovation we've been putting off for years now and want to add a walk-in shower to the master bath at the same time. Trying to find a remodeling contractor in Tampa Bay who can actually manage both without going silent for weeks. Last guy we talked to gave us a low bid and then basically disappeared after the deposit conversation, which, yeah, never again. Honestly the material selection stuff is what stresses me out most. Quartz countertops, cabinets, tile for the shower, frameless glass... it's a lot to figure out without someone guiding you through it. Does anyone have a kitchen and bathroom remodeling company in Tampa or Pinellas they'd actually recommend for a full gut job? Not looking for the cheapest option, just someone with a real project manager who shows up.

How is the sound system there? Also, as unbearable as the heat has been, is it worth it, as it is outdoors? Are there fans or any cooling systems?
