What shops and artists does everyone recommend in the LA area? I know there’s a ton and need help narrowing them down. Looking for artists who do traditional, Neo traditional and anime. Thanks!

Curious as to how long something like this would take on average. Seeking advice from tattoo artists so I know how long I’d be sitting for roughly

Finally got to use my teenage stupidity as an excuse to finally get this piece done! This tattoo was made to cover up an old stick-and-poke planet I did on myself. I didn’t realize how much it really bothered me until summer came around when I wore tank tops or deep necklines. If you can’t tell, it’s inspired by my obsession with fluffy bumble bees. Initially, the raspberries were supposed to be replaced by a floral design instead. However, we weren’t able to bring every detail into life while adequately covering the old tattoo without having way too much going on at the same time. So, I chose to settle on the raspberry branches and save my dainty floral arrangement with Lily of the Valley for a separate tattoo for the future. Can you spot the cover up location?

Will be in Zurich later this year & want to add to my tattoo tourism collection in the open spot on my forearm. I don’t have a set style across my tattoos (have some on my other arm & both legs) so I’m open to any artist/shop recommendations!

The one artist whose work I had my eye on was so far out of my budget & didn’t have availability when I needed, so I’m back to the drawing board!

I want to go for traditional patchwork everywhere and I’m starting with my leg. I’m afraid I may have messed up the placements (especially on my lower leg). Soon I’m getting the shading done for my shin, but after that what should I do to ensure that I get that patchwork style? Any help would be appreciated lol

Hey! I was considering getting my back tattooed in a style like the attached pictures, but I fear I may have severely underestimated the time it would take. Initially in my head I was thinking 8-12 hours, but after reaching out to some artists I was quoted from 30-45 hours. I know different artists tattoo in different paces, but just asking in general.

I am wanting to start a sticker sleeve with fine line tattoos, but most photos I have saved of things I like for inspo are on non-freckled skin and I have a lot of freckles (lighter, but many of them).

Does anyone with freckles have a sticker sleeve or fine line tattoos? Is there anything I should keep in mind when deciding my ideal placement or designs?

Hello I hope this doesn't get taken down as its not a show of tattoos, but I have a half sleeve already and I am looking for my forearm to be done so i can finish the sleeve. I have the elements of what I want but I can't put it together, and my tattoo artist does not do it until I show up for the appointment. I was wondering if anyone could sketch up a stencil for me so I can get an idea of what my idea looks like!
