Unfortunately, the TLOU2 remaster seems to have introduced quite a few bugs that were not present in the original release. This is fine, since some things are always missed, but I thought I'd make a thread for people to post any of the bugs they've run into in game to hopefully increase the chances that Naughty Dog will learn of these issues and patch them. So far, I have experienced or seen people mention the following:
If you know of any other bugs, please feel free to list them here! I'm not sure if Naughty Dog often responds to support requests, but you could still try filling out one here. Most of these bugs aren't game breaking, but hopefully Naughty Dog still learns of them and takes the time to fix them as some of these are pretty unfortunate.

Hope you guys like them!

I had to explain to my bf that when part 2 came out it was internets most hated game of the year in 2020 he felt the same in 2026 before the went deeper in to Abby back story and playing her. I’m tell u his reaction for all of the big scenes in the game let me know if I missed one. I played the game already I’m jealous my bf get to experience it for the first time without spoilers like me when both of the games came out
Joel gets killed:
cries and went to the bathroom and kept saying I hate her. Feels like Joel’s daughter death all over again.
Few days of us hunting Abby:
hates her guts still killing everything that has any connection to her or tries 2.
Ellie n Dina running from hoard:
my bf is on his toes now he knew Dina was pregnant before we even got to that scene. Cuz the game is really good at giving hints, and his exact words Dina you bitch u better not take off that mask !!!! You pregnant!!!! Babe babe what she doing !!!. Calm down when Ellie told the truth… he almost had a heart attack.
Ellie found out Joel was lying:
my bf was very stuck in between he def was on Ellie side more but he see both of where they coming from.
THE RAT KING:
now my bf hated this boss !!!! He was disgusted by it and was horrified…my bf don’t do well when it comes to thing that are horror. He would only continue the fight if I was in the room💀💀💀…I can’t blame him I did the same but wth my cousin in 2020. He yelped a lot and cursed like his life was on the line I mean digitally it was 🤣🤣. But to him his real life was on the line.
The office with the stalkers:
he made me finish that part 😑😑 he scary smh. That’s all I can say 😑. His words FUCK THIS!!.
Mel:
At first was like wtf is her problem…then see Abby and the ex bf still have feelings for each other while pregnant 😬😬😬. He said babe ik if I ever done that to u while pregnant, I prob wonder why Im seeing my father right now (his dad is dead). Then got pissed at Ellie for killing her and the baby.
Ellie and Dina with their child:
My bf told Ellie to chill tf out she got a family and became real disappointed Ellie. That she walked away from them.
The finally:
My bf liked Abby a lot with lev so much so he was kinda siding more with Abby at the end. But when he realized that Joel killed a lot of people unnecessarily he was very understanding and we had a longggggggggggg conversation about that before we got to the end lmao.but he stilled loved Joel since we delt with Joel as a father to us as Ellie.
He was trying to do everything in his power to get Ellie back to the farm lmaoo but when it got to the end my bf did not play the game for 3 weeks he wasn’t ready for what was about to come. 😩😩😩
But he finnaly got to it and he was relived hated the fight sooooo much but relived.

Hi guys! I was looking at some past TLOU2 discussions on reddit and came across the infamous "you can't shoot things in the synagogue" point again.
They mentioned that it was unfair and that Druckmann was prioritising his own religion over others because you could shoot the wooden statue of the virgin Mary in the hospital as Abby?
So I was curious and tried to find footage where the statue was visible, but I haven't been successful in finding any. Could somebody help me out? Thx! (I posted this in the other sub first, but no one would give a helpful answer, so here I am..)
P.S. Unrelated but I always found it bizzare that some people genuinely sound like they wanted to shoot up religious symbols.

The dialogue is inverted. If Dina is talking to the right, then I hear Dina on my left. I feel like the audio's inverted too, I see snowballs hitting my left, & hearing them on my right.
I've tinkered with the audio settings, trying to change from home theater to headphones, then back, changing latency to high, spatial audio. I don't have spatial audio on my control panel enabled.
Edit: Somehow, my cables were swapped, even though I don't remember swapping them.. anyways its fixed, thanks for reminding me y'all of stereo left right smth.

Found out on my second play-through. It’s a great little bit of detail the developers put into the game.
If you kill the handler in stealth and not the dog (using the bow and arrow), the dog will just whine and paw at its dead handler (kinda sad ngl).
It will abandon its usual patrol route and stay within the vicinity of its dead handler. If you alert it or get too close, it will still investigate and/or attack you but it won’t actively search for you.
Not sure how they interact when their handler’s bodies are found by other wlf.
Great tactic if you hate killing the dogs but need to make them a non-factor.

This tech is such a joke. It can’t handle children at all. And for anybody who might say ‘it will eventually be able to handle children’, that would mean the AI would need to be trained on images of children.
In no world would that be okay.

I was listening to a podcast discussing the season 2 of the show and they raised the possibility of TLOU part 3 coming after the show wraps the story (going beyond the games).
I was shocked to hear that for the first time, but given the show runners are heavily involved with the HBO production, and Naughty Dog busy with other IPs, there’s a non-zero chance they might pull off an GRR Martin, and let the show run loose. Especially given the high expectations for Part 3, it might never come out like Half-Life.
I really hope that’s not the case, and we hear about Part 3 soon.

I just find that one really determined, really stubborn person can destroy an entire organization by themselves. Just like with what Ellie did with that Rattlers. Idk, just had that thought when I finished this playthrough
