Question Help - Noob using TL

So normally when I add a torrent to Qbitorrent, I get it from EXT and just copy the magnet link (all on my seedbox)

Recently I got in to TL and am confused on how to add a torrent to Qbitorrent? What am I missing.

Just download the .torrent file and add it to qBittorrent

so when i download the .torrent file, do I need to move it to my seedbox? it downloads directly onto my PC. I don't use a VPN so just wanted to make sure that's okay. Or do I need to move the .torrent file to my seedbox and then add it to qbit?

No you just add it to qBittorrent using the web UI. Add -> Torrent File

You should be able to upload the .torrent to qbittorrent directly using the web interface
