Everyone knows incessant dog barking is a dick move. When your neighbors let it go on, they’re disrespectful. Period. They hear it. They know. Just start with the authorities because they won’t care until someone threatens with a fine.

I've had this exact conversation with my neighbors I ended up having to call animal control several times. The dog shrieks and screams like he’s being murdered (a beagle) anytime anything passes his line of site. The owner told me dogs bark and honestly asked me what I thought she should do. The dog still carries on like an asshole and disturbs the neighborhood every single day. They bought a dog they didn’t know how to handle and never trained it. Just open the door and fill the food bowl. They never walk it either. I don’t understand why you’d get one.
