Hi all! I'm currently doing a certificate program but have applied to a graduate program. My certificate advisor/coordinator is amazing and responds in a timely manner, but I've emailed my graduate program coordinator/advisor multiple times to introduce myself and ask a few questions and haven't heard back, so I feel like my master's advising experience is going to be hell. Are the advisors here any good? What should I expect?

So I submitted my dental fee waiver application and it tells me it’s been submitted and I will receive a confirmation email shortly. But I haven’t gotten that so I’m curious on how I’m supposed to know if they actually received my application? And how will I know if it’s been approved or not?

He owned an adaptive tech company off colonnade. I remember he had sort of a bowl hair cut - gray and held a phd. Does this guy sound familiar to anyone? His email no longer works and I wanted to ask about some tech.

I'm taking the BUS 450 strategic management class online with Nathan Oliver. Can someone with some experience just tell me what format these team case assignments are supposed to be submitted in? The instructions are not very helpful and my group has no idea if we are supposed to be writing a paper, doing a PowerPoint, or making a presentation video. If someone has taken this class and could tell me that would be great. I have already read all the instructions and syllabus and it's is just not clear.

What is the best way to get hired at UAB Hospital, open to any location or a clinic. Medical assistant, pct, etc. Just wanted to work there and finish my education. Can’t seem to get any calls and each application on the career site takes over an hour so I feel like I’m wasting my time. I was accepted into the M.Sc. in Logistics and Supply Chain Management at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) and paid the €1,500 enrollment/reservation deposit to secure my place.
I understand that the university states that this deposit is generally non-refundable. However, I would like to know what happens if the Spanish student visa is refused.
If my student visa is denied, has anyone here had a similar experience with UAB or another Spanish university? Were you able to get the enrollment deposit refunded?
I’m particularly interested in hearing from international students who had their visa refused after paying the enrollment deposit.

Anyone that’s enrolled in undergrad, less than full time, and receiving federal direct loans, have your loans been applied to your account yet? I see where my Pell has been applied.. I called yesterday and they said they’d have something back by today from student accounting. The lady was kind of rude to me (I can understand why the ladies are this way. I just don’t want to call again and upset them even more) I’m really needing my refund to pay a bill that’s already late and I don’t get paid from my main job until Monday😭

Hi, I just transferred over from UAH and had a question about how accepting financial aid and paying tuition works.

At UAH, I accepted x amount of money from FAFSA. That money automatically went toward paying tuition, and the money left over was deposited into my bank account. Does it work the same way at UAB, or do I accept the amount I want and then pay using the "Pay Student Bill" tab on BlazerNet?

Also, I can see my fall, spring, and summer semester offer. If I were to accept the full amount ($5,500) of my direct subsidized loans for the entire year, would I get all of it now, or would I only get what's listed for the fall semester ($1,833)?

It’s a very spacious room with your own bathroom ! rent is under $800. i’m a student at UAB and looking for another student who’s willing to lease out for awhile. i’m a clean person. I do have a cat but he’s extremely friendly and loves everyone.
