Is it true UAlbany early action acceptance rate is much higher than regular descion?
(Also is the school hard to get into?)

I applied early (like mid october) and was accepted 3 days later if that helps

yeah it was crazy I was like wtf. I think it was because i'm a legacy & I went for a really small degree program nobody often chooses lmao

i am not sure about the acceptance rates but in my opinion those stats do not say much. ualbany is known to over accept students every year so either/or should not be considered if you are trying to see if you will get in. the school is very easy to get into especially if you apply early and have a good application. i applied late and was wait listed. i sent a letter of continued interest then i was accepted the next day. it’s very easy.
