If Clancy gets acquitted, it’d be the feminist equivalent of OJ. I’d seriously consider the 19th amendment a mistake given how much support she’s getting.
If she gets a not guilty verdict she’ll be sent to a mental hospital. The case isn’t about if she did it or not it’s about if she wasn’t mentally sound or not when she did the murders. I think she should be found guilty.
A lot of people are misunderstanding what the trial is about. She did it and admits to that. Its whether she goes to a mental institution or prison essentially. I think prison but that just my opinion.
It’s an insanity plea. She already got convicted for murder. All the evidence suggests she premeditated this murder. She was of sound enough mind. Lock her up. Preferable fry her.
For like a month since all experts have now said she’s sane and no longer psychotic and also no longer suicidal. isn’t that funny how everything she claimed to be dealing with mysteriously disappeared right after brutally strangling her kids to death and has never popped back up since
It's called postpartum psychosis, it is in fact a real condition and like most forms of stress induced psychosis is completely real, and certainly temporary.
Whether she actually HAD postpartum psychosis is the question, real psychosis doesn't necessarily appear the way TV depicts it.
She's either going to spend the rest of her life in prison or in mental health facility
And the types of morons arguing against your point are exactly the type of people who think they should be able to vote while broadly limiting anyone else.
FFS lead poisoning or something has to be to blame for how dumb that type of person is
