People are missing a crucial point. She has admitted from the beginning that she did it. It’s not like she just walks free if found “not guilty.” She will either spend the rest of her life in prison, or in a secure mental hospital. Truly, they should have come to some kind of agreement for a plea deal.
my main point against that is it was premeditated she didnt just snap and kill her kids she had it planned out when her husband be back and how long it would take it be one thing if she just snapped and didnt know what she was doing she knew it was wrong and went through with it anyway those kids are dead becouse of her she has mental health issues i agree but she planned it she doesnt deserve any softer treatment becouse of that she had control over her actions she actively planned to kill her kids
