My 7 year old son has a couple of test chambers left on Portal after starting for the first time the other day. Sessions are shorter because he is working on his He wanted to jump to Portal 2 but I told him he needs to finish 1 first.

I literally just picked up the portal bundle off Nintendo shop for $5 so my son can experience them for the first time. I played these games into the ground back in the day! There’s something really special about vicariously experiencing it for the first time through my son’s eyes. He’s really enjoying it so far!

Damn! I just missed that sale apparently. I guess it goes down often though.

He truly bloomed when he played Astrobot and he stopped asking me for help all when he was 5. Eventually he would play without me home. Very proud.

Edit: he beat the game getting nearly all the challenge bots too!
