COD does this all the time. How the fuck do kevlar body plates stop a round from a .50 caliber anti tank sniper rifle?

This comment reminds me of my friend Mike who will yell on COD. Its mostly something like "How does 3 rounds of 7.62 to the face not kill him?!" And we have to remind him its just a game.

That was me when I tried Warzone when it first came out. Shot a guy in the head with a .50 cal but he had armor and didn't die. I know COD isn't a milsim game, but make it make sense more than not at all.

I agree. I wish WZ had a mode where the armor only protected your body and maybe your head like in real life. That would've made way more sense.

I'm more referring to the crafting and economy

Eh. You spend like 80% of time in raid.

If you dont want to deal with the BS, run scav and when you make some money buy kits. Rinse and repeat.

Not as solid progression wise, but we're here to shoot people anyways, and they're going to wipe your shit regardless.

That's fair. That's what I did when I played. I definitely think it's the best game at what it does. I'm not a hater.

I don't even play competitive online games anymore. I turned 40 and I can't compete.

Oh no worries, i also hate PVP. I learned my lesson around mid-level gold in Starcraft 2. Lol

But I like to try stuff, and be a goblin to enjoy without grinding.

It's a military flavored arcade shooter, just because it looks like what guys with a Playstation thinks the army is like, it does not have to be realistic. People keep bringing up COD and realism when it is a megacorp product crafted to be the most appealing it can be to the average Andy. COD does not take risks for a creative vision, it is meant to serve the masses and pad the investors pockets. It is very obviously balanced around a casual experience, if you are looking for something that makes sense, you'll have to dig deeper than the most popular shooter on the market.

There is absolutely no way you headshotted someone with the AX-50 or the HDR and didn’t one tap them in warzone 1. Maybe the Rytec AMR (the game’s equivalent of the Barrett M82) but that wasn’t in the game when Warzone first came out.
