Fallout. The mini gun shouldnt be less effective than sneezing on them!
13 u/Banned-User-56 7d ago In the fight where they basically give you a minigun near the start of the game, all the enemies actually have about half the health they'd normally have, including the deathclaw, just to make the minigun actually feel good.
