showing off Finished setup
After around 6 months of hunting for it in total i managed to get NW-S202F, like certain JRPG protagonist has. Managed to buy it for around 130$ (originally 350$, because of need for money, person sold for 130$) , it was in perfect condition, only issue was battery. I managed to replace it 2 days ago. Before this one i also managed to buy silver NW-E507 for around 250$. And if we compare NW-S202F feels far smoother. Does it worth its price? Probably not. Is it satisfying? Hell yeah.

Got the same but I’m missing the arm-strap and it’s almost impossible to find it sold separately, or when it does it’s priced like it was made out of gold.

Yeahh, I've seen arm strap only once and it had ridiculous price of around 100$, which is in my opinion crazy

Sound is amazing, i really like it. And it is really comfortable, I've been wearing them since April and used them every single day, you dont even feel them on your ears, extremely nice earphones. In my opinion they definitely worth its price

Was it difficult to replace the battery?

Honestly, from what I've heard, i expected more of a challenge after all this time I've been waiting. I ordered the battery,it took 3 weeks to arrive and then 2 more weeks of me mentally preparing. Process took me hour and a half including time to take some rest through all the stress. I wasn't rushing it, since i wanted it done perfectly fine. Disassembly took me some time, had to heat it up with a fan for a bit to take off some stuff. Then i had to solder up the pin, since my battery didn't had it. And then the hardest part was to assembly it, since there's quite a bit of tape actually, and because of the corpus size, it was a bit of a challenge to put the board inside it. Before putting it all together check if it's working (the highest contact), screen should light up. Then i just put it all together and used two sided tape to put the plastic screen on. Overall,it wasn't that hard as people say. Hardest part is assembly and im pretty sure you can't mistake the polarities, since pins wont stand on place if you put it in wrong side. As they say in my country "Eyes are scared, hands are doing its thing". If you are planning on doing it, just chill and take your time, no rushing and it'll be okay. There should be a video on YouTube on how to do it, but he didn't show it fully at some parts, so if you'll need some more explanations, just DM me.
