Solved! What is this?
This was installed into our in ceiling heating/air unit over night at my job. It was never been there before and my coworker was panicking and making a fuss about it.

Its a Mitsubishi ceiling cassette, that sensor lets the HVAC system know if someone is in the room. Its called 3D i-sensor
