It’s Photo Time!! Coupe or Sedan?
Here’s my two C63 507 Edition.
Love the W204 so much I bought it twice. Although, I have to say…the sedan imo looks much better but what’s your pick?
They certainly don’t make them like they use to.

Hello everyone, we have some exciting changes and additions to the sub.
The big one, we have added a new mod. Please help me welcome u/vineethrpatil as an additional mod. A fellow enthusiast of AMG and loving of all things AMG. We are a small team of 2, help us help you. if you see issues let us know and report it.
With additional help on the mod crew we feel confident to bring back limited sales posts. We Are doing this to help each other offload a few AMG things you have. examples: wheels, parts you no longer need, EVM module. This is a trial to see how it goes. other subs allow it and we would like to have this too. If you see rule breaks please as always, report it.
We are also looking for new ideas for flair. Should help finding info you need easier.

It's been about a month, so here are some in progress photos from over the weeks. So much cutting and glass has been done to the front end in an attempt to get the fitment as close as possible before epoxy primer. The rear door flare has been repaired and re-bonded(ifykyk). The entire passenger side/jams have been primed and are ready for the final stages of body work.*I totally didn't mix the epoxy 4:1 instead of 1:1 at 5am and spend 5-6 hours wiping it all off and resanding* Started recording everything and have probably close to 120 hours of footage to sift through to possibly make a time-lapse video one day. *we'll see*

Really glad I went with the Pinnacle trim. Digital Light has been one of my favorite features.

i havent had an opportunity to get the car to a mechanic to look at, so asking on reddit is the next best action!
Im hearing a creaking sound coming from the front of the car when turning the steering wheel. kinda sounds like a body flex creak, could be coming from the steering rack.
any thoughts? anyone else had a situation like this?
Does anyone recognize this material? It looks and feels like wool, white and black color. I'm asking because I'm not sure if this came from the car itself, which would be concerning, or if it was collected somewhere else. Most likely a chipmunk. Luckily no damage to the wiring.

This is my 4th AMG. This was one of the first to come to the US when the car was released. I’ve had her for 2 1/2 years. Put 17,000 miles on her and I don’t regret a second of it. CARS ARE MEANT TO BE DRIVEN!!! (For those wondering, interior is red with rear seat delete…. What would I fit back there ? My yorkie? 😂)

I love this car, and my wife does not use reddit.
This is all preventative maintenance and does not include servicing every 5000km (16720km done since ownership).
2011 C63 Coup
Only failures I have had is thermostat fitting broken off (my fault fat fingers) and radiator cracked.

I now only have about 7k more to spend.
Short headers (VRP), engine mounts (Elimivibe), Battery since I don't know how old it is and personalized plates.
How much have you spent on your other "Partner"

In the market for a new vehicle, I’ve found one with the exact specs I’ve been looking for on a 16k km model.
The car looks crisp and brand new. It’s a facelift model with the digital dashboard, carbon fibre interior, and all.
The issue is, It’s being sold by a non-official dealer, and having low km’s means it probably sat in the garage for an extended period of time. I’m afraid that may attribute to fluid issues, dried seal gaskets or rubber components (bushings… etc), moisture buildup, damper seals, electronic sensor issues, or any other issues that arise with age-related factors.
Could anyone share their experiences with similar purchases? I usually like to purchase from official dealers for the peace of mind, so I’m a little sceptical about this purchase.
Thanks.
Here are a few photos from today’s mountain driving where the A35 did a great job! 5am wake up call and 6+ hours of driving 😎.
It was a HOT one but a fun day hitting some twisties with my buddy.

Hi everyone,
I’m planning to clean and rebuild the valve body on my 722.9 MCT transmission. Luckily, before starting the job, I did some research and noticed that the check-ball locations in the MCT valve body seem to be different from those in the standard 722.9.
The problem is that I haven’t been able to find a proper diagram or documentation specifically for the MCT valve body.
Has anyone here ever disassembled and cleaned/rebuilt a 722.9 MCT valve body? If so, I would really appreciate it if you could share any diagrams, check-ball layouts, or photos you took during disassembly.
I’ve considered simply taking detailed photos while I disassemble mine and then putting everything back exactly where it was. However, I’m concerned that this valve body may have been disassembled by a previous owner or repair shop, so there’s a possibility that some of the check balls or other components are already in the wrong locations.
Any MCT-specific documentation, diagrams, or photos would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

It looks super dated with the massive bezels and the graphics, looks like it would be very laggy.

They are the same price (C63 is slightly cheaper) but C63 has an extra 100hp and is 100kg lighter. What's the advantage of the E53? It has a (worse performing) 6 cylinder but imo having the most powerful 4 cylinder ever is cooler than that.
Is it significantly nicer inside?
Won't lie, fallen in love with the G350d...
