To quote the illustrious Mr. Krabs, it’s a smelly smell that smells…smelly!
Have any downtown Anaheim residents noticed a foul odor in the early morning hours? I can’t begin to put it into words. I will say it smells like something that isn’t natural. The odor happens very early in the morning between 1-5 am. Without fail it wakes me up. It’s been going on for some time now.
I used to think it was a metal or mechanic shop but why would they be operating at that time lol. I know it could be something bad if you catch my drift but I’m sick of that damn smell! Does anyone know what it is???

Hi,
I was also at Anaheim two weeks ago for the D23, and am back again for another Disney-related event.
Any friendly groups planning any social drinking tonight? Bar hopping or clubbing would be awesome.
I am a 31-year old guy from Switzerland, of Asian descent — if that matters.

Making our annual trip to Anaheim, first time bringing the dogs. Any cool, dog friendly places we shouldn’t miss? Whether in OC or any of the beach towns? Parks, beaches, patios, etc? In the past we go to the beach towns during the day and hit the Angels baseball games at night but will have the dogs his time. Just starting researching but any tips would be appreciated!

For anyone who lives near the Prom, has anyone noticed that nearby the Rinks, the Lost Skippers Distillery, the coffee shop around the corner, and the Korean food court are still vacant and the progress seems slow going?
For anyone who knows anything about local business, how can these businesses that aren’t even open, afford to rent the space without any build progress?
I walk by the Lost Skippers location weekly and it looks completely abandoned with zero progress.

The reviews online are completely mixed depending on what website you use so I was looking for some first hand Reddit help. Thanks in advance to all responses I get

We are looking for a family photographer for the morning of Sunday, Sept. 6 for a location near Disneyland. An amateur is ok - we aren’t fancy.

this was the inside of the tea tank. it’s honestly so gross and I had to go to the er after drinking it. we found out, after I complained about the tea tasting really weird and the shift lead opened the tank.
they didn’t even apologize and tried to get rid of the tank only :( had to fight for a refund and she only gave me the tea off? really unacceptable and traumatizing like I have food poisoning rn. I’m so mad I want everyone to be aware about this situation.

If anyone’s looking to get back into basketball or run 5s, there’s a recently upgraded court next to Anaheim City Hall on East Broadway & South Olive Street. It’s always packed around 7–9 pm—and even busier than the Kobe court in Anaheim, likely because of the better lighting.

Hi everyone, I’ll be taking my USMLE Step 2 CK exam at the Prometric testing center in Anaheim, CA. Has anyone taken an exam there recently? I’d really appreciate any feedback on the testing environment, staff, noise level, and overall experience. Thanks!

Has anyone here done Disneyland on a pretty strict budget while relying entirely on public transportation and Uber/Lyft? I’m coming from the High Desert and I don’t drive or have a license, so renting a car isn’t an option for me. I’m trying to figure out whether a Disneyland trip is realistically doable without spending a fortune, especially when you factor in getting from the High Desert to Anaheim and then getting around once I’m there. I’d obviously be looking at the cheapest reasonable hotel, bringing food/snacks where possible, using public transportation whenever I can, and saving Uber/Lyft for situations where public transit isn’t practical. I’m not looking for a luxury trip at all—I’d be perfectly happy keeping things simple if it means making the trip affordable. For anyone who has done Disneyland without a car, how did you budget it and what expenses should I be prepared for that I might not be thinking about?

I found one but it’s in Fullerton so I was wondering if there’s any more affordable options.

My fiancé and I will be visiting Disneyland next week, and also want to visit a nearby beach. Does anyone have a recommendation for a family friendly, safe beach? And does the access to the beaches close at sunset?

Hi, I’m currently in Anaheim for an expo and am looking for recommendations where to go for bar hopping or clubbing—would love to socialize with a few locals while I’m here.

Going to be visiting for an upcoming birthday and I'd like to hit up a good strip club here. Since I don't drink, I was wondering if there were any good full nude clubs in the area. I live in North Cal and we have a few.

been going to these and wanted to put them on your radar before they wrap. Villains Brewing Co has been running a themed pool party every week this month, each one with its own concept, drink specials, and decor. so far it's gone tiki goth, then hot ghoul summer. three left:
8/16: Shark Attack Pt. 2
8/23: I Know What You Did Last Emo Summer
8/30: Spooky Island (the finale)
tickets have been $16 and selling out, so grab one soon if you're going. check out Villains Brewing Co's instagram for more info.
anyone been to one yet? curious which theme was the best so far.

just wondering if there's a place that opens super early to watch premiere league games. There's one on 8/22 between Manchester united vs Hull but it's like at 4:30 am. I know some pubs that opens early but they're all in LA.

We are new to the area and hoping to get some recommendations
We previously attended Grace Church in San Diego before moving here and loved it so hoping to find a similar church!
Looking for:
•Bible centered teaching
•Inclusive
•Not MAGA
•Small groups that meet weekly/bi weekly
•Good kids program (bonus if they have meetings in addition to Sunday)

Love what this could potentially mean. Would love to see how Dodger bandwagons in OC will react, seeing as they’ll be forced to admit that they willingly support an out-of-market team that has hurt Hispanic communities, instead of saying “it’s between two LA teams.”

heads up if you're free tonight, the packing district is hosting D23 night from 5 to 9pm. it's FREE to attend and open to everyone, no D23 membership needed. expect a dj playing 2000s throwbacks and trivia themed around old dcoms and disney channel movies.
running alongside it is the 6th annual world taste of the packing district, same hours, same night. you can grab a tasting passport (7 taste or 4 taste option) and sample food and drinks from vendors across the packing house, make, farmers park, and packard building. use code "Y2K" if you want a discount on the world taste tickets.
packing district address is 440 s anaheim blvd if you're heading down. anyone been to world taste before, worth doing both passes or is the smaller one enough?
