Unfortunately I have left my Thor on a Plane 😭.
Before I purchase a new one this is a Hail Mary to see if the person who got very lucky would prefer a cash reward or I can send them their own Thor. My own Thor was heavily customized and I had a lot of settings setup for developer purposes to help make dual screen games for the community. Like I said, just a Hail Mary before I’m forced to buy a new one which I would rather send to the person who found it. Even if it was reset I would still like to just know where it is for closure.

Left on a plane at JFK airport on a Delta flight coming from London Heathrow. Delta clearly didn’t clean the plane cause it went back Heathrow where it was turned on for a bit. Delta Heathrow has not found it. I left it on the plane August 14 so close to there it was tuned on. I’m assuming it’s sitting on someone’s desk in the UK.

It was Rainbow Max 1TB with a specific case and a very specific modification to the case that will help me identify it along with some other things in the case.

Shoot me a DM of pictures of the case and Thor if you believe you are the lucky individual who found it.

I am wondering why so many people need or use retroachievements on the thor.

Maybe I'm an odd one, but I don’t need my old games to add stuff for me to want to replay them or discover them.

My point is not to be a purist or whatever. I'm curious why people enjoy it/feel like it's needed to use x emulator or y system.

Update 0.2.48 of Gen 1 Recomp freezes the games at startup, requiring to reinstall the apk and all the mods. Ayn Thor Pro. Anyone faced similar issue?

Hi everyone, so i just got a ne AYN Thor Max and i’ve finally set up the device and i wanted to try out gamenative to play my steam games and i ran into the issue of my screen resolution being… well weird, i’ve already tried out changing the games res in the setting before launching it but that only at best made the screen slightly bigger and the performance worse. Does anyone know how i could fix this? Btw there no res setting in the game itself (Sonic & Sega all stars racing)

For some reason, the Ayn Button doesn't work while streaming with Artemis (can't bring up the Ayn console or dim the screen by holding the button), but works in Moonlight.

Does anyone know how I can fix this?

My Thor should be arriving tomorrow, and I recall someone here saying to take photos of the unboxing just in case something is broken and I need to go to support.

I know there will be latency but how bad is it for you guys? Also I’m assuming latency watching youtube videos will be nonexistent, and latency exists mostly when playing games.

Just got my Thor and really impressed overall with the device and in the process of going through some setup videos. I noticed when trying to run some NES games they don’t look to sharp on the oled screen. I imagine it’s a scaling issue? Just wondering if anyone had any tips or recommendations when running older games through RetroArch.

this device has been around for a while now. i’m coming up on a year with my thor and it has been an amazing experience. so much so that i want to preserve it as best i can, but when this shoulder button bug has been an issue for far too long. my thor was on max brightness closed for 10 hours straight today. my top screen was absolutely chalked. thankfully it was just retention and not burn in. the fact it hasn’t been handled yet is truly mind boggling.

I've done it a few times on accident but I can't figure out how to do it intentionally and its been a while since it happened in the first place. How do you send the top screen to the bottom and vice versa??

Just curious. I have bad carpal tunnel and it hurts to use buttons on controllers but mouse and keyboard doesn’t hurt. Any ideas?

I've gone through many tutorials on getting Luminescent Platinum working on my Thor however it looks like the mod is only partially installed? Can anyone please help me? I've used both the newest keys and firmware and I've reverted to 19 My BD File is also v1.3.0 I had it working on my Phone but I've been struggling for 2 days now to get it to run on the Thor! Any Insight will help me out greatly!

Been setting up and checking out some of the dual screen mods this afternoon, these are a game changer. I'm only an hour or so in but just being able to have the map up at all times is great when you haven't played in a couple of years.

Any time I close the clamshell the bottom screen will freeze. This happens with both games I've run through cemu lotz twilight Princess and wind waker

I know I can choose pro controller to keep all options on top screen. There are times where I'd like to get tutorials on the bottom screen. I haven't seen this issue on my other emulators

I have been looking into getting the Thor Max version for a while and have actually changed around a lot of shopping decisions just so I could afford the max model because everything I have researched let me know I would need the storage.

The size, the shape, the chipset is all perfect for where I am now in my gaming journey. Just starting out but not really ignorant what I'm doing. It's the price of the max however that makes me wonder if I should look at other alternatives. Even calculating all the money I would get for the next 10 months from my family through allowance I would still need a ask my dad for money.

I'm actually been thinking about getting the retroid pocket Nova because it's cheaper small like I want and I could buy the dual screen add-on. I do want to get the Thor but unless it goes down in price by about $200 I might pick something else if I don't feel like waiting for a whole year. I am one of the people who is actually looking to use this device as a steam deck replacement. If I were to receive the max version of the console I would have filled that terabyte up with the steam/computer games. I intend to use both game native and winlator.

Has anyone else had trubble running mgs 1-2 through game native? It boots up and when I accept the terms n conditions it freezes.. idk im a noob.. lol
