I think when I got it it had a 180/55-17, I got a new tire at the dealership a while back and I just realized it's a 180/60-17, and now when I look online I see people seeing it takes a 190/60-17, what's the OEM size for a 25-26 Panigale v2?

Love my 21 sfv4s so much I decided to get a 25 panigale v4. Amazed at how good the base model is.

The bottom mounting point for my left side rear set got bent inward after the bike (a 2013 Streetfighter 848) was laid down on a track. How can I bend this back into place?

I just want to ride my bike lol dealership had it a couple days more than planned and just got it back today….. hopefully the storms hold off tomorrow.

Once I got my over the new bike anxiety of getting a feel for it & being comfortable manoeuvring & learning the new controls and configuration settings… my eye immediately went to… ok what’s wrong the it & what can I change… as with ALL of the bikes I’ve had, the chopping block have always included:
1. Turn Signals
2. Mirrors
3. License Plate placement

Today I took a ride out to Bob’s again to pick up my aftermarket items on the old bike that they took off & inquired if they had the European turn signals which are flush mounted and strobing LED. Yes they did, and with my military discount, at a nice price. So, let the personalisation of the bike begin!

It took no more than 15 mins & only because the engine was hot to the touch and I had to be carful not to burn myself but it’s already installed!

Does anyone have an idea on how to best fit this domino grip onto my 748? The throttle tube has a lip that is quite sharp and I don’t want to cut it down. Size-wise, these are the correct size, the clutch side went on easy-peasy. I thought about heating it up with a hair dryer, could that work?

Not sure if this is already a post, havent found anything in the past couple days. ive been so excited. finally got my hands on some 3 spoke brembo 916 wheels. and want to try to fit them on a 1098.
Has anyone done this before? any pointers? Is it even possible lmao?

So I’m a relatively new motorcyclist and purchased a 2025 Panigale V2 in February of this year. It’s my second motorcycle after riding a Ninja 500 for a year.
I’ve always kept it on “sport” mode and recently just switched it to “race” mode and goodness gracious it’s like a completely different machine. The exhaust is louder I think and it’s a lot more aggressive on acceleration. I didn’t realize it would make that much of a difference. I had a difficult time getting to 130-140 on the track in sport mode but easily got to that on race mode.
Any reason why? Or am I just psyching myself out?

Hello Ducati world, I need help making a decision and could use some real world owners advice and different perspectives.

Coming from a 700GS, I am in the market for an upgrade. I rode a 1000XR, 1300GS, Multistrada V2S and V4S this weekend. A Multistrada is the bike for me, without question.

My use case: I live in Socal, 6ft 2in 185lbs, 100% pavement, no pillion, luggage for my rare touring, no track riding:

60% Commuting a couple days a week: Malibu Canyons and PCH, not much freeway. 20% of my commuting is lane splitting/filtering on PCH during rush-hour at low speed.

30% weekend joy riding: Angeles Crest areas, Malibu canyons, Ojai, PCH, etc. Some freeway, but usually it’s just a short stint to get to the next mountain.

10% touring (8hr+ days): route 66 to vegas/valley of fire, PCH to San Fran, I also have ambitions to do PCH to vancouver and Cali to Pikes Peak Colorado, etc. Here, freeway will be more of a thing, but it’s not entirely the point, I would rather take longer and do the old Route 66 road versus staying on the freeway the entire time if that makes sense.

My experience riding the Multistradas this weekend was that they are pretty similar once moving in terms of weight and size based on my quick 15 minute demo ride of each. The V4 obviously has more insane power available. But it is also a bit heavier/bigger. It’s probably the upper limit of how big I would want to go. I worry about the classic saying “it’s more fun to be fast on a slow bike vs slow on a fast bike”. I am an intermediate rider, I’m not interested in doing power wheelies like a hooligan street Rossi. I ride like a sensible dad, who rides a bit spiritedly sometimes. I ride sane.

At the moment it looks like you can get a new V2S for about the same money as a used Pikes Peak. Purchase price matters, maintenance, insurance, mpg, etc. But the finances are at the very bottom of my list of priorities. I am much more interested in finding a bike that I am the most happy with for the long run. Obviously, the PP looks way cooler, is more premium, has a 17 inch front and all the features of the V4. But I realize that the V2S is more closely aligned with my riding use case and I might regret always carrying around the extra weight and size if I dont use all the performance and capability. On the flipside, if I get the V2S, long term I worry I might regret not having the more premium features and a cooler looking bike. I also worry slightly that the V2S might look a bit smaller underneath me. A similar problem I have with the 700gs now, which is one of the many reasons I want to upgrade. I guess if I boiled it down to one sentence: I want the Pikes Peak, but I certainly don’t want its size/power to detract from the riding experience for the majority of my use cases.

For now, I think I am going to wait for the 2027 V2S to be released, maybe there is a new livery or other improvement that clinches it for me. I also havent ridden a Pikes Peak either, but finding one to ride might be challenging. I find this decision very difficult. What say you?

Also dachte ich mir: Meine Sony RX100 VII einpacken und die Sache selbst in die Hand nehmen.

Was sich in meinem Kopf nach einem entspannten kleinen Fotoshooting anhörte, entpuppte sich in Wirklichkeit als ziemliches Workout.

Kamera aufbauen, Winkel prüfen, Selbstauslöser auf 10 Sekunden stellen… Visier hochklappen, nochmal überprüfen, ob alles passt, dicken Motorradhandschuh wieder anziehen, dann zur Ducati rennen, schnell in Position gehen und versuchen, total entspannt auszusehen.

Und natürlich nicht nur einmal. Ich wollte verschiedene Winkel und Posen ausprobieren – also immer wieder dasselbe: Kamera → Handschuh → Ducati → Pose → zurücken zur Kamera → nochmal.

Danach bin ich nach Hause gefahren, um die Fotos zu bearbeiten auch duch KI was unglaublich ist.

Aber ich muss sagen: Für mein erstes richtiges Selfie-Shooting bin ich echt zufrieden mit den Ergebnissen. Ich weiß, ich bin definitiv keine Profifotografin, aber genau deshalb würde ich mich über eure Meinung freuen:

Anyone using the AiM Solo 2 DL with a 2025-26 Panigale V2? Which ECU did you select in the configuration?

Picked this up recently and I’m already pretty attached to it. It came out of a collection, has very low miles, and was clearly well cared for, so I feel like I got pretty lucky finding it.

First order of business after buying it was getting the belts serviced and putting fresh tires on it. I’ve also got bar-end mirrors and an open clutch cover on the way.

The one thing I’m debating right now is a fender eliminator. I know the common setup is pretty straightforward, but the fact that it involves literally cutting the frame gives me pause. I’m not opposed to modifying bikes, but there’s something about taking a saw to an S4R that feels a little more permanent than I’d like.

It’s my second street bike in the garage and honestly feels like the perfect urban assault vehicle / commuter. Light, torquey, ridiculous enough to be fun, but still easy to hop on for a quick ride around town. I’m looking forward to doing some riding in the high country here soon when the leaves turn.

Curious what the Ducati crowd thinks: would you cut it for the tail tidy, or leave the frame alone? And for the S4R owners here, what other mods or maintenance items would you put on the short list?

Are these the rear axle bearings? Could this be the brake pads rattling?

To clarify, I'm talking about a faint rattle sound line a screw or bolt falling over. It may be the brake pads clanging in the caliper

Others are focused on the squeak and maybe I need to address that, but the metallic rattle was worrying me
