As Fiverr continues to move upmarket and support more complex, high-value projects, we’re prioritizing the experience of clients coming to Fiverr for this kind of work.

We know that these clients value direct, personal communication with freelancers from the start, building the trust and confidence needed to move projects forward. To prioritize stronger relationships with your clients, the AI Personal Assistant will no longer be available starting October 1, 2026.

Going forward, here’s what to expect:

• New client inquiries will come directly to you: You can respond to clients from their first message.
• Your conversations stay available: You can keep messaging clients as usual.
• No action needed: Your AI Personal Assistant will be removed automatically.
• Your other Seller Plus benefits stay the same: You’ll continue to have access to all your other Seller Plus benefits.

Hi, I got an order from a client. I delivered everything on the 21st of August.

Order was automatically marked as completed as the client stopped answering.

A few days later (after marked as completed), Client came back with some revisions, which I did 'outside' of the order, to fix some issues with my last delivery.

Today (September 1st), I get an e-mail saying that the order was cancelled:

Your order with client was canceled due to a dispute initiated by the buyer and/or their issuing bank.

The funds from this order were automatically returned to the buyer.

```

And in the order page this appears:

client order was canceled since you didn't respond to their request.

(There was no request, no notification of request, and no message in my inbox about any request)

What is this, how can I contact Fiverr about this, and is there any good alternatives to Fiverr?

I've been getting a bunch of requests to turn around an order in under an hour lately. Is this a new normal?

I have rush delivery set at 24 hours ... who out there is delivering in 28 minutes?

My profile is showing nothing in my response rate section. It is marked red but under response rate it is only showing a dash. Is anyone else seeing same issue?
