A little about me: I'm a 30-year-old Hispanic software engineer living on the East Coast of Canada. I'm 175cm (5'9") and around 80kg (175 pounds). These days I've actually been spending a lot of time on YouTube, mostly watching video essays about movies, documentaries, and random topics that somehow convince me to spend an hour learning about a topic I didn't know existed about five minutes earlier.

Gaming has also been a big part of my life. I used to play a lot of Apex, Overwatch, and especially Smite. I enjoy competitive multiplayer games, but I also love getting lost in single-player games like The Witcher and God of War. Lately I've been tempted to jump back into some survival games but I'm not convinced since they easily eat up all your free time.

I used to read quite a bit more recently I've been keeping books more than an arm's reach away.

I'm definitely more of an indoor person, but I do enjoy getting outside from time to time. Usually that's to see friends or take a walk along the river near my place when I want to clear my head. I don't think we need to have all the same interests either. Having some things in common would be nice, but I'm just as interested in discovering new things we can introduce to each other.

Personality-wise, I'm pretty laidback and don't tend to stress too much about things. I have a fairly dark sense of humor and I'm not easily offended. I like being able to joke around and not take everything so seriously, while also knowing when it's time to have an actual serious conversation.

Ideally, I'd like to meet someone somewhere around my age, probably 20-40, although I'm not particularly picky about that if we get along well. I don't have a specific type or preference when it comes to appearance, but I do think some degree of physical attraction matters when you're looking for something romantic.

Hi, I’m going to give this my best effort but I’m not good with writing, so please don’t judge me too harshly.

I’m an introvert but I can hold a conversation, even one sidedly. A lot of my interests and hobbies are focused on indoor, geek/nerd stuff, my main hobby being video games. I would also like to go camping sometime as I like camping too!

I also like reading though it’s hard for me to find books that sound interesting to me, though I find Emily St. John Mandel’s books to be captivating as I really like the way she writes her characters as I love good characterization.

I love music as well, currently my favorite song is Golden Brown by The Stranglers. I like a lot of genres but my favorites are alternative, indie, drum and bass, pop and metal. Of course, I can’t forget to expand on games as they are my favorite hobby. Recently I started playing overwatch again after not playing for like 5 years so I’m terribly rusty. Hello everyone I'm a soft alt nerdy guy who hopes to find his special someone. I want to be the Watson to your Sherlock, The Sam to your Frodo, the ghost to your guardian. I want to be at your side on your adventures and through life. Loyal and willing to go with you to the end. I want to help lighten your burden and be there for you when you need it. After all a relationship is more than being there for each other through the good times.

I'm willing to move. Whether that's a different state or a different country. Or a different city.

I love history. I think it's incredibly important otherwise we're doomed to repeat the mistakes of the past. I also love to learn mythology and other beliefs. It gives such a fascinating view and insight into our world. Along with having a deep interest in philosophy throughout the ages too.

I adore going to conventions. I've been going to the one in Phoenix since I was 8 and have only missed one year since then. I've also been to the one in San Diego and two in Savannah Georgia while I attended college there for two years. I'm currently trying to get into cosplay.

Now a bit about me. I'm sure you've guessed that I am indeed a bit of a nerd. I'm a sucker for gaming both board and video. I love reading, especially comics. I do hope one day to be a published author even if it only a short story or a few comic issues. I'm also an artist. I draw, sometimes paint, and every now and again create some 3d art out of things lying around. I enjoy shows and movies as well. Of all kinds. I try to explore as many genres as I can in all forms of media. You never know when a new piece in a genre you wouldn't typically try will become a favorite. Or change you.

As far as comics go, John Constantine is by far my favorite character, especially his original Vertigo run. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy Batman and Captain America. But I just love how dark, weird, and interesting more obscure characters like Constantine can be. Though V for Vendetta is my favorite story followed closely behind by DMZ.

I adore horror. I love the feeling of adrenaline it gives. The way that even slashers depict female characters. Often being far more complex and interesting then many of their other counter parts. From the likes of Ripley to what you'll find in 10 Cloverfield lane, Smile, Prey and so many others. To horror's willingness to explore controversial parts of life that no other media seems willing to touch such as mental health. I love how well it mixes with other genres such as historical fiction, comedy, Fantasy, Sci Fi. I also adore a good mystery. A story that unfolds as it goes along.

And for games I have so many different ones I love. But to name a few the BioShock franchise. I adore Mass Effect going so far as having ink for it. Life is Strange. Halo, Dead Space the franchise which awakened my love of the horror genre. To co-op ones like Space Marine 2, Destiny and many others. Lots of RPG's too. Mass Effect, Dragon Age, Avowed, BG and many more.

I adore alternative music like Grandson and Royal and the Serpent. And I love going to concerts. Though my musical taste can be all over the place. From Alt to Soundtracks to Phonk to lo fi to classical. Bring me The Horizon is so good too.

I also love going out and exploring the world with others. Especially someone special. Seeing Museums, galleries, parks you name it. Learning new history and subjects. Seeing new places and countries when I can manage it. Love going to concerts.

As a person though psychically I'm on the short side. I'm fit with some muscle though definitely leaning towards a more feminine body type. I'm definitely alt with asymmetrical long hair. Plenty of tattoos and piercings and plans for more. I usually wear a lot of black and grey. With some color depending on the situation. I've been told I have very pretty eye lashes. And I'm willing to trade pics when we're both ready.

For personality I'm an odd mix of pessimism and optimism. I can very peppy for the people I care about. I will always be there for them when they need me. Whether that's listening to them and giving advice. To spending time with them or to helping them out. I take great pride in helping others and one day hope to work with young adults with trauma and are neurodivergent. I've been told I'm very good at it and it's a field in need. I am also myself Neurodivergent which is worth putting out there. And if the same applies to you. I will always be there.

I'm about as liberal as it gets And agnostic. Which doesn't mean I have any problem with those that are religious. I just ask that you respect me as I will you.

I'm a big supporter of women's and LGBTQ rights. We are all human and deserve to be treated as such. They deserve single right that I do.

Hi! I’m a 21 year old guy living in Oklahoma right now. I’m more of an introvert so on weekends I’d like to stay inside rather than go out and party. Huge crowds stress me out. I really like video games, anime/manga and horror. I just finished the new resident evil game recently. The only things i really don’t like to do are sports, both watching and playing.
