I really enjoy the touge events in this game, but they are way too limited for me. You can't play them in whichever class you wish, you can only race them co-op when in a convoy, and there are simply not enough of them. So I started rebuilding them from scratch in EventLab (the routes are not available in there for some reason), left them unrestricted for player freedom, and also created 7 new routes. This video highlights the first of them! I'll also have a (mostly) unedited gameplay video tomorrow for better review of the actual route.

All the available events so far can be found by searching for EXPLTVE in the Creator field in EventLab, and the share code for this specific event is 129 453 399.

I initially bought the game on launch to try it out but refunded because 70 is just too much imo

But the current sale has me eyeing the game again. Now before I spend the 60 there is something I need to know from people familiar with the series. And that is the question from the title. By racing content I mean stuff like Shirakawa Circuit, Hirosaki Scramble, The goliath, etc.

I really do not care for additonal cars being added, I'm already happy with what I unlocked in my 1.8 hours before I refunded. My interest is primarily on the actual driving content. And since 60 is still a hefty price, I'd like to know if there are hopes for future updates to bring me more of the stuff I'm interested in. I've kept an eye on the steam news tab but so far every update just seemed to add more cars. So is there any hope for more racing content in the base game or is that just not the kind of content they add outside of expansions?

Will they add all old xbox one generation forzas to the disc to digital program? There shouldn't be an issue because it doesn't involve new copies being sold. It would be so awesome to get my digital license for horizon 2 and 3 i've had them on disc forever. What do you guys think? 😄 It works awesome I just got all my old CoD's licensed

I've seen some videos on YouTube of people drifting with an R5 and been able to get that quick steering wheel spin during transitions that you can catch and properly drift, similar to Assetto Corsa.

Most of the "settings" videos for drifting show manually turning the wheel to drift most of the time which defeats the purpose of the FFB.

Anyone know how I can achieve this for more realistic drifting on RWD vehicles?

Anyone else here run convoys?

Still working out what makes a good one and I'd rather ask than guess.

I tried making replica of irl samples of P1 but some parts of the car such as some of the car doors and the front can't have stickers or vinyl applied. Which pisses me off, especially when it's doable in fh5. Anyone encountered similar issues? I'll show pictures later in comments.

A class Rwd

I can hold my own completely fine in AWD and RDW racing, but in the RWD spec racing, everyone else seems so much faster, even on those trash tracks that barely require braking on any corners. On the starting straight cars pull away from me, and on long sweeping corners that required zero braking, cars pull away from me. I've seen this a few times in FWD and RWD and guessing it's down to manual shifting instead of automatically, but it seems to happen every race with every other driver in the lobby when it comes to a FWD car, so can't solely be down to manual gears.

Any ideas? I've got stability control turned off, and ABS/TCS shouldn't be affecting the cars on straight and sweeping corners.

Race starts, i hold the accelerator, i up shift when i hit the red line, i don't know what else i could be doing to go faster in a straight line in a car I've never used, yet everyone and their mom is ghosting straight through me. Hella embarrassing when I'm first in the grid then last 20 seconds later.

I sold a few FE cars and other rares, and since then and was able to get to around 100m credits, is that some kind of soft lock? I know the auction house takes a percentage, bit it can't be like 90% of the sale?! I have now sold maybe 5-6 more cars, some for 200k, others for 20m buyouts but as said I get only like 1m-2m max per sale which is annoying.

For example, last couple of days I have been sitting at 94 million, and when I collected the 20m from the auction it was 95,7m.

Anyway, venting a little. I am holding on collecting my latest sold cars until I get som clarification. Anyone else experiencing this?

I just stumbled upon this while trying to get a decent angle with the camera,

I got close to one of the legs on the tower and suddenly while raising the height of the camera it started moving up the side of the tokyo tower.

I had to post because there is heaps of potential for the people that are into photography to get some really nice unique pics with the right tweaking
