I remember seeing a lot of discussion back when the preorders opened up saying that there for sure was going to be an option for 30 and 60 fps gameplay, what ever happened to that?

I want something special like my own choice of height or hair style so she actually feels like my own unique partner

I recently bought a PlayStation 5 specifically to play GTA VI, and I imagine I'm not the only one who has done this.

One thing that already bothers me a little is the lack of a physical version of the game. When the PC version eventually releases and I decide to sell my PS5, I obviously won't be able to resell my copy of GTA VI if I purchase it digitally.

My main question is about the different editions of the game. If I buy the Ultimate Edition on PS5, what will happen when GTA VI eventually releases on PC and I decide to buy the game again?

Will it be possible to transfer the bonuses and benefits included with the Ultimate Edition through my Rockstar account, or would I have to purchase the Ultimate Edition again on PC?

Since many will likely buy the game twice—once on console and again when the PC version comes out—it would be fair if the Ultimate Edition bonuses could be transferred via the Rockstar account.

And finally, what do you think about GTA Online? Do you think Rockstar will finally introduce full cross-platform support between PlayStation, Xbox, and PC?

I'm curious to hear what everyone thinks!

I'm curious about how far Rockstar is going this time around given the level of devastation depicted in Grand Theft Auto 6.

So I know that the community is kinda divided on the whole criminal profile mechanic. I personally am excited to see all the new systems at work, but everyone else is entitled to their own thoughts. We don’t have a crazy amount of info on it but this is my theory on the criminal profile:

You clearly can’t control both Jason and Lucia at the same time. It’s physically impossible. However, you CAN be together after summoning the other one. Whether it be doing jobs, activities, whatever. I feel like depending on their criminal profile status from how you play them will directly affect the way their AI acts during the times you’re NOT controlling them.

For example: if you go to rob a store and say your version of Lucia has a “psycho” profile. Maybe instead of just trying to intimidate the teller/cashier, they just decide to smoke them for taking too long or because “why not”. Maybe also the way they interact with the NPCs in general.

Just my theory though, and I’m not sure if anyone else has thought of this yet. I’d love to read up on everyone else’s ideas or theories.

For the moment, I own a slim PS5 and a 4K UHD 65’ QLED Samsung TV and to be honest I want the best experience possible, especially for GTA6.

So, should I invest in a 65’ OLED TV or a PS5 Pro ?

September already and Rockstar still haven’t officially said a single thing about a PC version or an online mode.
At this point, I’m starting to think the PC port exists entirely in the minds of people who have spent the last three years analysing pixels in trailers and convincing themselves that every texture is a “PC hint.”
No announcement. No release window. No confirmation. Nothing.
But don’t worry, PC players will still be there on launch day telling everyone that Rockstar “owes” them the game while simultaneously explaining how they’re perfectly happy to wait another two years because, obviously, 400 FPS and reshade presets are more important than actually playing it.

Its all over social media and everyone is talking about it but across Netflix and YouTube combined its only ~50-60M views. Thats a fraction of the ~200M and ~300M views the first 2 trailers got. Everyone was saying how since it was on netflix it would find a much larger audience but it doesnt appear that way. And the hype definitely hasn't died down , if anything its increased after this extended look . Anyone know why the views are low?

Maybe binge watching something on Netflix that is similar ?

Alot of people are saying GTA6 mechanics are similar to RDR but ive never played it. No reason other than i never gravitated to the old style and presumably ive missed out. I've played GTA since 3 was released in 2001. Do you think I'll like the new changes in GTA6 ?

I feel like as soon as I get access to free Roam I'll feel overwhelmed by the sudden freedom of the huge map we've been presented with. All simultaneously want to steal a car, drive round the map, steal a plane, go scuba diving, break into a military base, hold up a store, rob a bank and just take in the game that we've been waiting for for 13 years, even if you're going to be off social media for that time I'm sure you can see in your head all the things people will be talking about and the FOMO of not being there to miss a huge moment like the first discovery of an Easter egg or an unpatched method to steal a plane. Maybe it's just me, but I'd like to know if anyone else is thinking the same thing.

I'm still really excited for the game. This is a good kind of overwhelming I'm preparing for.

I think in case of crime and murder activities it would be good to have such a feature
