Scenario: 1. "My attitude is a result of your action. So,.if you don't like my attitude blame yourself."
Vs
Scenario: 2. "When someone else can determine whether you are happy or unhappy, is it not the worst kind of slavery?"
When I say 'My attitude depends upon how you treat me' isn't that a slavery of the highest order, or is it just a way to shrug off my responsibility?
Or
When I say 'I am responsible for what I do' is the highest order of self dependency, wherein there is no scope for blame shifting.
What is your view?

I feel like fitness can become unnecessarily complicated.
People talk about perfect programs, perfect diets, and the best exercises.
But sometimes the routine that works is simply the one you can repeat consistently.
A few basic movements done regularly can probably beat a complicated plan that you quit after a month.
Iβm curious what simple strength routines people have actually maintained long term.
What exercises or setup made training easier for you to keep doing?
