Farmers want ANOTHER bailout
https://youtu.be/eNFAv4rhnMMAmerican farmers are facing their worst economic crisis in decades, with bankruptcies soaring and family farms at risk of disappearing. But why are taxpayers being asked to bail out farmers who voted against their own interests - again?

Funny how capitalist run to socialism as soon as capitalism fails.

Socialism is redistribution of wealth to poorer from richer. Capitalism is redistribution of wealth to Epstein class from the rest of us

Farmers are always socialist, free taxpayer money, crop insurance and they sell to a COOP. A million dollars to keep their failing farm afloat is good, using that money for free school lunches in the county is bad.

u/Emergency_Exit7603 2d ago
yay socialism....

u/Kevadu 2d ago
Socialism for me! Not anyone else!

u/Chocopenguin85 2d ago
"Those insane Democrats pushing Socialism!" - Reuplicans. Also Republicans: "Gimme gimme gimme"
3
u/DarkSock52 2d ago
Oh, you have to understand that when a CONSERVATIVE receives federal money it's "benefits"... they're just getting a rebate on their taxes before progressives give it away to brown people or anyone else MAGA hates

u/SmaugTheMagnificent- 2d ago
This is the part where the farmers start putting "No Farmers, No Food" and "Like To Eat? Thank a Farmer" bullshit stickers on their government subsidized diesel back windows, and playacting as the noble benefactors of food.
Christ, they're tiresome.

Most farmers voted for this shitshow. You got what you boted for. Cant make it, TS.

The people who used to get paid to not grow corn want another bailout? I'm shocked.

Let's not forget that these multigenerational farmers got their land for free when it was stolen from the indigenous people and given away - yes, given away - by the US Govt to encourage Western expansion. The only restriction was you had to be white to qualify... So they got something that didn't belong to them for free just for showing up and being white, and have been given socialist bailouts and subsidies for 130 years since then to stay afloat while their land has gone up in value. Then they voted for the one guy who promised to destroy them by taking away their sources of fertilizer, labor and foreign markets in exchange for taking bread out of the mouths of children and punishing brown people. Sounds to me like karma is finally checking their privilege.

u/jeffismybaby 1d ago
That's not fair. Some of them stole from interned Japanese American families, too.

The only way we’re gonna get out of this is to vote anything but Republican for a couple of cycles.
In farmer speak ‘rotate your crops.’

u/DarkSock52 2d ago
I think these farmers could become the point of the spear in their fight against Socialism by refusing any and all federal aid and instead just raw-dogging it with the free market forces.
8
u/entirelyincorrect123 2d ago
The amount of farmers lately on social media asking indignantly “wHy DoEs It MatTeR wHo I vOtEd FoR?” Is disgusting…THIS IS WHY. You asshats voted to hurt everyone and want a handout from those very same people. Eff off.

That’s socialism. They voted against socialism. Let capitalism reign supreme over their land.
7
u/Saddest_Flex 2d ago
Hey farmers, maybe next time don’t rage-vote for the thief just because he promises to stick it to the libs. I’d rather the price of food double than bail out another of these maga cunts. As far as I’m concerned, they are directly responsible for creating this mess. Everyone knew what trump was and they elected him anyway.

u/Radiant-Mean 2d ago
"Who did you vote for?" should be a required question on any application for any sort of government assistance. It should be more of a formality since it should already be known and it would be just to catch (and punish) people who lie, Trump supporters should not qualify for any form of government assistance, or anything that was funded or supported by government grants.
4
u/Behndo-Verbabe 2d ago
Yaaah no, otherwise they learn nothing. It’s time they finally learn that their actions have consequences. Bailing them out AGAIN!! Only teaches them that they can vote for whatever or whoever they want. Knowing that they’ll get rescued again
2
u/MichaelFusion44 2d ago
We need to make them respect spending the 10-20 minutes in the voting booth as an extremely important privilege that is given with a democracy. They shouldn’t get a thing for electing the grifting criminal that is in office.
6
5
u/RebellionIntoMoney 2d ago
But everyone is a socialist or communist, right? Lol. I’m so tired of paying the price for other people’s pure freaking stupidity.
5
u/chaz_flea1 2d ago
“Farmers Welfare” or what Farmers like to call “Farm Subsides” just another government handout. I wish someone would call them out because each year about 40% of farmers get Farmers Welfare
4
u/mesoloco 2d ago
The Democratic Party has always been awesome to our farmers. The Republican Party has done nothing but hurt farmers for the past 50 years. It’s hard to understand why a lot of farmers vote for Republicans. It’s not in their best interest.
4
u/Wrong-Dot-1319 2d ago
Why would a group of “conservative” voters support a party that would be in favor of government handouts? Isn’t the GOP against government intervention in private markets?
3
u/Electrical-Care6308 2d ago
The short answer is NO! The farmers voted for this mess and now you want us the taxpayers to bail you out? You shouldn’t have voted for this convict in the first place. Good luck to you and your future endeavours!
5
u/juwancbuchanan 2d ago
So tired of my tax dollars bailing out these welfare queens. Not my problem these people voted against their own interest. FAFO. Get a job!

u/Forsaken-Lemon-7586 2d ago
Trump made billions in crypto they should ask him to personally write a check for them lol
5
4
u/SnooEagles4121 2d ago
It’s upsetting that people who are so shortsighted and stupid are in charge of our food
3
u/Miskogwane 2d ago
They should ask for those bailouts from those that can afford it, Elon, Trump, Bezos and the other billionaires that the farmers have been sucking up to
4
u/RegularNo2213 2d ago
They want a bailout from the same guy they voted for that caused the situation they aee in.

Time for farmers to stop buying avocado toast and lattes and get a second job, and pull themselves up by their bootstraps (did I miss any MAGA talking points?).
Now they want some sweet blue state money socialism. Right, sure, uh huh.

u/Lancs_wrighty 2d ago
Sounds like Socialism that they hated so much, unless its them benefitting ofc.

u/TheLoneMaverick 2d ago
The stupid tarrifs are a ploy cooked up by the Epstein class in order to starve farmers so they sell their land to tech CEO's for pennies on the dollar so that more data centers can be built.
2
u/oMaster86 2d ago
Probably, but the farmers are still responsible because they voted for the shitshow.
3
u/No-Hurry-2372 2d ago
Nope, fuck em, this coming from a farmers son. If you want to vote for regressive policies then you get to face the consequences like every one else. Next time educate yourself and realize the Republicans have NEVER done anything worthwhile to the American farmers and ranchers. If you look back at the past 100 years you’ll see everything from Electric, to telecommunications, to water management is ALWAYS because of the Democrats.
3
u/Not_Sure__Camacho 2d ago
They need to stop calling themselves farmers because they don't do shit. I saw a story with one bitching about having to get up at 4am because all of their migrant workers were abducted by ICE. Maybe they should be called FAFOers.

u/Belkirk501 2d ago

u/they_call_me_dry 2d ago
I've come to dislike farmers on a personal level. I've spent my life inventing things that make their life easier. But then I meet them, and we talk, and they find my life and ways incomprehensible to the point of being insulting. My music is shit, my hobbies are lazy. My kids lives are lazy. F you farmers.
3
u/anklebiter1360 2d ago
Fuck them! They created this monster by for voting for the Asshole 3 times!!
3
u/fantomsolace24 2d ago
Fuck no. No more bailouts. If student loan forgiveness is unfair and “socialism” then bailing out private business, like these farmers, is even worse. I have a successful business. I pay taxes. Why should I be bailing out a bunch of losers who allowed their bigotry to inform their vote. We can import food and let bankruptcy courts sort this out.
3
u/Diligent-Credit8133 2d ago
Farmers have gotten payouts long enough. It’s time for them to pull up those maga branded bootstraps they like to talk about.
3
u/funguy45434 2d ago
They are the takers always asking for a handout after their furor f’s them. lol you can’t fix stupid.

They voted for Trump expecting a new round of handouts, much like those people who gave him credit for COVID handouts and PPP loans that didn't need to be paid back, that is, greedy morons.

Farmer's* want socialist programs? Sure but only if the American family gets the same amount. We can call it basic farm income or something.

It aint gonna happen this time. They set the farmers up to fail so big companies could buy them for pennies on the dollar.

2
u/Turbulent_Account_81 2d ago
They should make the money come from the rich people who profited off everything and the people need to stop paying taxes until we're adequately represented.
2
u/Significant-City-896 2d ago
They voted for a failed businessman who failed them again and now want another handout
2
u/ElPayador 2d ago
They are upset with Trump
They want another bailout (because is NOT Socialism if it’s for them) and they still blame Biden or Obama and will vote R again
Just Say NO 👎
2
u/Evening-Artichoke750 2d ago
I'm so tired of the but this isn't what I voted for. Please help me out. Please give me taxpayer money. We're all struggling right now. We're all trying to figure out how we're going to buy groceries or pay for gas. I have no sympathy for farmers and ranchers.
2
u/Lazy_Chip_6472 2d ago
Fucking welfare queen farmers should learn how to run a business rather than living off the honest hardworking taxpayer.
Fuck farmers.

Sadly, I don’t feel bad for stupid people who voted for the man who created this mess for them. Sadly, most would vote for him again if it were possible. My sympathy is with the taxpayers who have no say in how their tax dollars may once again go for this welfare bailout that the recipients themselves voted for. Make this make sense !!!!!!

These maga morons should not get more payouts for being dumbasses for over a decade.

Trump policy hurts farmers, then they get a bailout? 🤔 Seems pretty f-d up process.
2
u/Jazzlike_Caramel_522 1d ago
They aren’t getting a bailout, sorry. Jd wants their farms. Jd comes first
Also there aren’t really that many farmers. They aren’t going to vote Democrat either worst case they’ll stay home.

Boy for the farmers that whined all about handouts they sure seem to always want them… they need to pick themselves up by the bootstraps!
