I myself was not into Marvel Legends entirely despite getting Pizza Spider-Man in March of that year (granted, I was 8 that month) and didn't fully embrace collecting them until 2021, but for those who were around and saw the wave, what was it like?

I primarily only collect Venom figures but last week I started collecting these beautiful Retro carded figures. I have Goblin and Mysterio otw and I’m currently hunting for Tombstone, Rhino, Prowler and Scarlet Spider to complete my collection.

I am not going to get every Retro figures just the ones I like lol.

For me, it’s multiple man. I know how many (7) I want. I know where I’m gonna put them. I have it all planned out, but I just never feel like I’m ready you know it feels like a commitment because no matter how cheap I find him it’s always triple digits when you add into the fact that there’s multiples of him and it got me wondering if anyone else has a figure that they’ve been meaning to get but just don’t feel ready for it. I know this sounds way more serious than it is but I still think it’s an interesting question.

Asking because i know a lot of people don't like him, but i can't see why. The headsculpts to me atleast are pretty good representations of hulk in BND.

Had a girl at work ask me a while back if I “play” with my figures and I told her no I don’t play in the traditional sense. I pose them in action poses and create dynamic scenes so they look cool.

I’m interested to see, are you guys more so a dynamic poser or museum style? Do you “play” with your figures?

Went to see spiderman last month and walked out the theater wanting a spidey figure. One quickly turned into a whole mini collection in just about a month 😅

This is my marvel legends take on Doctor Strange, essentially my mind's eye look for the Master of the Mystic Arts.

I used the Deluxe Doctor Strange base, painted him up in the chest area to resemble my favourite emblem.

The legs are Pinless, and so the legs dont feel flimsy, and the cape is a modified One 12 props cape with a custom collar.

Hair swap from the encantation face onto the base stoic head, as I prefer the longer, 70s style hair cut.

A bonus look at my custom Spider-Man, who is more in depth but I love nonetheless.

Do any of you parents out there play with you kids with marvel legends? I have been playing with these with my son for years now, he was 2 when he got his first Spider-Man and now he has a collection bigger than mine! Filled with his favorite characters and some that are just awesome toys like Detroit Steel. These marvel legends hold up really well over the years, even though some do break, they are usually fixed pretty quickly. Some of em the paint has worn down as well. And in the early days, I would zip tie some special accessories to there hands so they don’t get lost. Like Thor’s hammer or Caps shield. But I made it work for him and I to bond and learn some valuable lessons. And as long as he treats his toys well, his collection might grow as he does!

I genuinely forgot I own this figure and it’s gonna be one of the weirdest marvel figures I own and annoyingly almost all my legs stay on other then the front ball joint is loose and the middle leg ball joint will not stay on seriously what was up with the call to control for this thing?

I love this figure so much, had him for about a year now, in the most boring both arms to the side or both arms up (so they don’t grind on the chest material) and yet I still see this today.

As a student, I don’t have the budget to just keep buying these, and I guess this maximum hulk does hold some sentimental value as the first hulk that I got mint, and the hulk whose colors I really loved.

Maybe the damage isn’t so bad, it’s probably just some scuffing and one microtear (but you guys tell me if I’m in denial or whatever haha)

But man.

I really tried to keep this guy as perfect as possible.

Oh well.

First time its ever happened to me. Not that bothered as I only got this Spidey to customise him, but curious if this is a common issue or not?

I love the F4 Future foundation 2 pack, I also don't have a Mr fantastic/Reed Richards and u do really want it but Andrew Garfield is my favourite spiderman and I would really like to pick up the NWH figure, would prefer the TASM 2 but not dropping £100 on a single figure. Just wanted to know if anyone had these and has an opinion or just wanted to share their views. Thanks😁

I know I still need a green version of the gray she hulk, her fantastic 4 outfit, Joe fixit with his white suit, and I think that’s it. But tbh I dont really care to get those since I have the ones I’ve always wanted.
