My fun zone!
Folding TV tray tables are probably not the best option for expensive gear, but it’s working for now.

Haven't made music in years but been going nuts feeling a constant internal calling to get back into it. Recently picked up some new kit to scratch the itch as I travel frequently for work. First time in about five years writing music again and started at my one year anniversary trip.

Keeping it small and simple. Not too much time to spend here with a small toddler, work and life getting in the way, but when I do get the time it's always a blast. Really need tips on how to keep with my bed time haha. It's always 2 AM when I get lost in here.

Finally a unified system for whatever I feel like playing with! Guitars/basses live in the house, everything else gets to have a home now

Primary instrument: Minilogue XD.
Love this thing. Has taught me everything I know about synths in the 5 years that I have owned it.
Pairs well with Drumbute Impact. Learning more about the versatility and live playability of this machine.
Bass Station II present, but I don’t play it much due to lack of comprehensive of its functions, sequencer and LFOs.
Boss RC-30 for loops.
Modal Skulpt SE (mini synth) because it was cheap on Craigslist. It’s fun and simple. Usually play it when it’s plugged into a power bank I’m swinging in a hammock.
Recently got a Skychord Utopia (noise synth) for $100. This thing is sweet and satisfies a specific itch. I like to run it through my multi-effect pedal Zoom MS-70CDR+ for ambient drones and pads.
Mixer is Yamaha AG06. Does everything I need it too. Beyerdynamic DT 990 pro for headphones. Sony XM4 on backup
Speaker position sucks. Left speaker crackles so it is often left unplugged.
Recently started to record some typical practice techno tracks using Audacity. has been fun to share with friends.

Although cabling, Sync Problems, integration, Sound Library structuring etc. prevents me from making music… but there is light at the end of the Tunnel 🤩

Thought y’all would appreciate this behemoth of a beauty!
I had the opportunity to record with my band at Sonic Ranch Studios a few weeks back. I believe this board belonged to Evanescence once upon a time!
Overall it was an amazing experience and I took a lot of notes home with me for my little bedroom studio!

Arturia Keystep connected to Oxi One which outputs MIDI to the Korg Volcas (FM, Bass and Sample) and Roland S-1. The synths‘ audio are routed thru guitar effect pedals via a Tascam patchbay (behind the screen) and then into a Zoom L-6 which is connected to Ableton Live which is controlled by the Akai Midimix.
This setup lets me jam DAWless as well as incorporating hardware synths with Ableton Live whenever I feel like producing something like this:

...I haven't been able to pull out my camera gear much since moving up to Northern Washington (the model scene isn't what is in the Seattle area and I've been too broke to travel down there), so I decided to take a self portrait in the current incarnation of my space. The space I finished created my recently released Raw Beats Vol. 5 and soon to be release Raw Beats Vol. 6, and where I'm currently working on the sequel to my 2016 Murder Music EP.
